Objectives:1.5 T magnetic resonance intracranial angiography produced by Siemens Company of Germany was used to examine the middle cerebral artery lesions in patients with acute ischemic stroke, and to analyze the correlation The relationship between middle cerebral artery stenosis, its stenosis location,The degree of stenosis and acute progressive ischemic stroke,so as to provide basis for the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of acute progressive ischemic stroke.Methods:325 patients with acute ischemic stroke in neurology,Selected Wanzai county people's hospital from September2013 to June2018.According to the diagnostic criteria of progressive ischemic stroke,it is divided into: progressive ischemic stroke group(92 cases)and non-progressive ischemic stroke group(233cases).According to the time of development,it is divided into early progressive ischemic stroke group(74 cases)and late progressive ischemic stroke group(18 cases). One case of intracranial MRA was examined by intracranial MRA in all patients.1.5T magnetic resonance to check whether there was middle cerebral artery stenosis. If there was stenosis,The stenosis rate was calculated. The incidence of middle cerebral artery stenosis, stenosis and stenosis were compared between the two groups,The difference in the incidence of middle cerebral artery stenosis, stenosis site and stenosis degree of patients between the two groups was observed.Results:1.comparison of middle cerebral artery stenosis rate and stenosis degree between advanced and non-advanced patients with acute ischemic stroke: The incidence of middle cerebral artery stenosis in advanced ischemic stroke group was significantly higher than that in non-advanced ischemic stroke group. The positive rate of cerebral artery stenosis in the two groups was statistically significant(?2=28.73,P < 0.01).The proportion of mild middle cerebral artery stenosis in the non-progressive group was significantly higher than that in the progressive group, and the proportion of patients with severe middle cerebral artery stenosis in progressive group is significantly higher than that in non-progressivegroup.The degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis was different between the advanced group and the non-advanced group,The difference was statistically significant(?2=139.15,P<0.01).2.The stenosis of middle cerebral artery in patients of progressive group and non-progressive group was concentrated on M1 segment, and the proportion of patients with stenosis of middle cerebral artery M1 segment in progressive group was larger than that in non-progressive group. The location of middle cerebral artery stenosis was different between the two groups, and the difference is statistically significant(?2=40.55,P<0.01).3.The proportion of patients with moderate and severe middle cerebral artery stenosis in early progressive cerebral infarction was significantly higher than that in late progressive cerebral infarction. The degree of middle cerebral artery stenosis was different between the two groups,And the difference was statistically significant(?2=23.49,P<0.01).Conclusions:1.The incidence of middle cerebral artery stenosis was higher in patients with progressive ischemic stroke, with moderate and severe middle cerebral artery stenosis as the main.2.Most patients with middle cerebral artery stenosis after progressive ischemic stroke are located in M1 segment.3.Patients with early ischemic stroke, the proportion of moderate and severe middle cerebral artery stenosis is significantly higher than that of patients with late progressive ischemic stroke.
