Relationship Between Image Classification, MRA Manifestations And TCM Syndrome Distribution Of Progressive Stroke In Middle Cerebral Artery Supply Area

Objective:To explore the correlation between DWI classification、 MRAmanifestations and TCM syndrome distribution of Progressive stroke in middle cerebralartery（MCA）supply area，In order to provide basis for the prevention and treatment ofProgressive stroke in MCA supply area.Methods:To Select128inpatients diagnosed with Progressive stroke in MCAsupply area,to collecte and analyze the history、symptom、MRA and DWI data，then makestatistical analysis.The inpatients were divided into four groups According to DWIinfarction types which were regional infarction, cerebral infarction, border zone infarction,diffuse infarction. The degree of MRA stenosis was divided into normal, mild, severe andocclusion. TCM syndrome was Determined with six main factors wichu were wind, fire,phlegm, qi deficiency, blood stasis, Yin deficiency according to the syndrome factorsdiagnosis scale of ischemia stroke.Results:The neurologic deficits peaked Within3days after onset; The largeVascular lesions was more generally; the border zone infarction’s incidence is highest（53.1%）, the Severe stenosis and multi-vessel disease were more common than others（73.85%）. Stroke syndrome was given priority to wind, qi deficiency and blood stasis.Only qi deficiency of six main factors was associated with border zone infarctio; and alsoonly qi deficiency had a certain correlation with degree of the vascular lesions.Multi-factors combination containing predominantly qi deficiency and blood stasis, forexample Qi deficiency-blood stasis,Qi deficiency-blood stasis-phlegm and Qideficiency-blood stasis-Yin deficiency, was the main forms of Progressive stroke inMCA supply area. Conclusion:The border zone infarction within four types caused by MCA and multi-vessel stenosis was more commen; six TCM syndrome factor of Stroke was given priorityto wind, qi deficiency and blood stasis.only Qi deficiency was related to severe MRAstenosis,multi-vessel stenosis and border zone infarction. Multi-factors combinationcontaining predominantly qi deficiency and blood stasis was the main TCM syndromeforms of Progressive stroke in MCA supply area.
