Clinical Observation Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule On Acute Exacerbation Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (Wind-Heat Invading Lung Syndrome) And Its Effect On Serum YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 And Fib

Objective: To study the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and its effects on serum YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 and Fib.In order to make a beneficial exploration for the pharmacological study of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule,provide a scientific basis for its clinical application,and provide a new Chinese herbal medicine preparation with reliable curative effect for AECOPD patients.Methods: 60 AECOPD patients with wind-heat lung syndrome were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group and the treatment group were 30 cases each.The control group was treated with routine western medicine.The treatment group was treated with Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on the basis of routine western medicine.The course of treatment was 10 days.The symptoms,TCM syndrome scores,blood gas analysis,antipyretic time,pulmonary function changes,and the effects on serum YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 and Fib levels were compared before and after treatment to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Result: 1.Total curative effect: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).2.TCM syndrome integral: The treatment group had better scores in improving fever,sweating,cough and thirst than the control group(P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant.It can be seen that the treatment group had more advantages in improving TCM symptoms.3.Average antipyretic time: There was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group had a better effect,indicating that Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with western medicine could accelerate the recovery of body temperature.4.Blood gas analysis: After treatment,PaO 2 and PaCO 2 levels in both groups were improved,and the improvement degree of treatment group was better than that of control group.The data analysis results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Pulmonary function: After treatment,the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the predicted value in the first second of the two groups increased,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05);the ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity in one second was not significantly improved in both groups,and there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).6.In terms of anti-infection,YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 and Fib in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of decline was better than that in the control group.The results of analysis showed statistical difference(P < 0.05).control group.The data analysis results were statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.Pulmonary function: After treatment,the percentage of forced expiratory volume in the predicted value in the first second of the two groups increased,but there was no significant difference(P < 0.05);the ratio of forced expiratory volume to forced vital capacity in one second was not significantly improved in both groups,and there was no difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).8.In terms of anti-infection,YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 and Fib in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the level of decline was better than that in the control group.The results of analysis showed statistical difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Shufeng Jiedu Capsule combined with western medicine can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs of AECOPD patients,make the body temperature of patients with acute exacerbation fever return to normal as soon as possible,improve the ventilation and ventilation of AECOPD patients,reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors YKL-40,SP-D,STREM-1 and Fib,and inhibit the airway inflammatory response.
