Efficacy Of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule In The Early Exacerbation Of COPD

Objective:Observing the clinical effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule on early patients with COPD acute exacerbation.Methods:Sixty patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group using a random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with anti-inflammatory,antispasmodic,asthma,phlegm,oxygen,and other conventional medical treatments of AECOPD.Treatment group: On the basis of conventional treatment in the control group,Shufeng Jiedu Capsule was added orally(4 capsules / time,3 times / day)for 7 days.Observe changes in TCM syndrome scores,inflammation indexes,blood gas analysis,lung function(FEV1%,FVC),and CAT scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients to evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule.Results:1.The total effective rate of the two groups was 89.29% in the treatment group and 75.86% in the control group.The treatment group was better than the control group(P=0.02).2.After treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P P=0.02).And compared with the control group,the improvement of cough,sputum,wheezing and other symptoms was more obvious in the main symptoms of the treatment group,and the symptoms of chest tightness,fever,and sore throat were more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group.3.After treatment,the inflammation indicators of the two groups were significantly lower than before,and the treatment group was better than the control group,WBC(P=0.04)、N%P=0.04)、h-CPR(P=0.04).4.After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups were improved,and the change of oxygen partial pressure was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P P=0.03).5.After treatment,the oxygen partial pressure and carbon dioxide partial pressure of the two groups were improved,and the change of oxygen partial pressure was better in the treatment group than in the control group(P=0.04).6.After treatment,the CAT scores of both groups were significantly decreased,and the degree of decline in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P=0.01).7.There were no abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients during the treatment process,which proves that the safety of Shufeng Jiedu Capsule is good.Conclusions:1.Early application of Shufeng Jiedu Capsules combined with western medicine in the treatment of AECOPD has a better effect,and it can be improved due to pure western medicine when improving symptoms such as cough,expectoration,wheezing,chest tightness,fever,and sore throat;2.Shufeng Jiedu Capsule has certain effects on improving pulmonary function(FEV1%,FVC),inflammation,partial oxygen pressure,etc.in patients with AECOPD;3.Shufeng Jiedu Capsules combined with western medicine in the treatment group of patients did not see significant adverse reactions during the treatment of AECOPD,and the safety is good.
