Clinical Effect Evaluation Of Lingyu Qingluo Yin On Patients With Hyperuricemia And Its Effect On Serum ET-1,NO

Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the therapeutic effect of Lingyu Qingluo Yin on patients with hyperuricemia(HUA)caused by dampness-heat stasis and the intervention of serum endothelin-1(ET-1)and nitric oxide(NO)in order to evaluate the safety and safety of Lingyu Qingluo Yin in the treatment of hyperuricemia.The mechanism of vascular protective effect of Lingyu Qingluo Yin was discussed from the point of view of vascular influencing factors.Methods:From February 2018 to December 2018,HUA patients with damp-heat stasis arthralgia were divided into two groups(the treatment group and the control group)who were admitted to the Department of Endocrinology and inpatient Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine,according to the principle of random distribution.After one week of basic life intervention,the two groups entered the clinical study,the control group added benzamalon tablet on the basis of life intervention,while the treatment group added Lingyu Qingluo granule on the basis of the control group,4 weeks as a course of treatment.Serum UA,ET-1,NO,TG,TC and TCM syndrome scores were recorded before and after treatment,and the results were analyzed.Research Attention should be paid to monitoring safety indicators and adverse reactions in the course of investigation.Results: ⑴Effect on UA:After treatment,UA was decreased in both groups compared with that before treatment(P < 0.01),but UA in treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P < 0.01).⑵Effect on ET-1 and NO:After treatment,the level of ET-1 decreased and the level of NO increased significantly in the two groups(P < 0 05 or P < 0 01).The levels of ETand NO in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P < 0 05).⑶Effect on blood fat:Compared with pre-treatment,the level of TG,TC in the treatment group decreased after treatment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and the level of TG,TC in the control group had no significant change before and after treatment(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood lipid in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.01).⑷TCM syndrome integral:Compared with pre-treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in the two groups decreased after treatment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and that in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.01).⑸Clinical Efficacy:The total effective rate was 86.66% in the treatment group and 78.12% in the control group.Compared with the two groups,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).⑹safety:During the study,blood,urine,fecal routine,liver and kidney function,ECG and other laboratory parameters were not significantly abnormal,and there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:Lingyu Qingluo Yin can not only improve the clinical symptoms of HUA patients with damp-heat stasis and arthralgia,but also reduce the level of blood lipid and uric acid,correct the disorder of lipid metabolism,promote the excretion of uric acid,and at the same time reduce the level of ET-1.Promote the production of NO,improve the function of endothelial cells,protect blood vessels.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the clinical study,which indicated that Lingyu Qingluo Yin was safe and effective in clinical application.
