Objective:Through scientific and standardized clinical randomized controlled trials, the acupoint embedding and ordinary acupuncture were compared to treat the short-term and long-term effects of qi stagnation and blood stasis type primary dysmenorrhea, providing an optimal treatment plan for clinical Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea and an objective basis for the clinical application of acupoint embedding therapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods : A total of 64 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were collected from Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine and Shanxi Acupuncture Hospital Acupuncture and Moxibustion Department 1,which belong to qi stagnation and blood stasis according to the classification of traditional Chinese medicine. They were randomly divided into 2 groups,32 cases each group. The two groups took the same points:Guanyuan,Zhongji,Zigong(double),Ganshu(double),Ciliao(double),Sanyinjiao(double). The treatment group was treated with acupoint embedding, and the control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture. Each treatment was performed every 5-7days before menstruation, and the treatment was continued for 3 menstrual cycles, and then a follow-up was performed 3months later. After the end of all treatment and the follow-up,the clinical effects of the two groups were observed, and the VAS scores and dysmenorrhea symptom scores and the serum PGF2? were evaluated before and after treatment.Establish a database and use SPSS21.0 for statistical analysis.Results:1.There were significant differences in VAS scores for both groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).There was no obvious difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There were obvious differences in the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms before and after treatment for both groups(P<0.01).The effect of acupoint embedding group was better than that of ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.05).3.Three months after the end of treatment, there were obvious differences in the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms for both groups before treatment and 3 months after the end of treatment(P<0.01).There were obvious difference between the two groups(P<0.01).There was no obvious difference in the scores of dysmenorrhea symptoms after treatment with 3months after the end of treatment for the treatment group(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of dysmenorrhea symptom for the control group(P<0.01);4.There were significant differences in serum PGF2? between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.01).And the decline of the acupoint embedding group was larger than the ordinary acupuncture group(P<0.01).5.After 3 months of treatment, the total effective rate of acupoint embedding group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of ordinary acupuncture group was 86.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3 months after the end of treatment, the acupoint embedding group totaled. The effective rate was 90.0%,and the total effective rate was 56.7% in the ordinary acupuncture group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The acupoint embedding group was better than the ordinary acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.Acupoint embedding therapy is effective and reliable for primary dysmenorrhea(qi stagnation and blood stasis type). It can relieve the symptoms of dysmenorrhea a lot in the near future, and the acupoint embedding therapy can achieve long-lasting stability and recurrence through the benign regulation of the body.It can be seen that the long-term efficacy of the patient is also satisfactory to the patient.2.Ordinary acupuncture therapy for primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis can be a short-term effect, but the long-term efficacy is not so good, for it is easy to relapse.3.Acupoint embedding therapy for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis is worthy of clinical application.
