Objective:To compare the clinical curative effect of yin and yang reconcile fiveacupoint and regular-group points in treating insomnia,and further evaluate the curative effect and mechanism of yin-yang and five acupoints in treating insomnia,so as to provide clinical basis for the treatment of insomnia with yin-yang and five-acupoint prescriptions.Methods:60 cases of insomnia patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the random number table method.The treatment group used Yintang,Yinjiao,Zhongyu,Shenmai,and Zhaohai as the main points,and the control group was treated with the conventional acupuncture group.1 day acupuncture 1 day,6 times as a course of treatment,rest 2 days between treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,after the end of treatment in the 4 weeks follow-up.The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)was used to compare intragroup and intergroup comparisons between the first and second courses of treatment and the fourth week after the end of two courses of treatment.Results:1.In terms of PSQI score: Before treatment and after the first course of treatment,the individual scores and total scores of the treatment group and control group after treatment were all less than before treatment(P<0.05).After the first course of treatment,the total score of the treatment group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the second course of treatment,the total score of the treatment group was significantly smaller than that of the control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the follow-up time between the treatment group and the total score after the second course(P>0.05).2.Insomnia's comprehensive clinical curative effect: After the first course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,the more significant rate was 40.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 86.67%.The more significant rate was 13.33%,suggesting that the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both the treatment group and the control group can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with insomnia;2.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group on insomnia was significantly better than that of the control group;3.Yin and Yang reconcile five acupuncture treatment of insomnia has a good longterm effect.Although during the period,a few patients had symptoms that were slightly repeated with emotions,the overall sleep status remained good.
