Observation Of The Clinical Effect Of Cholangitis Damp-heat And Dietetic Stagnation Syndrome Dachaihu Decoction In The Treatment Of Biliary Atresia After Kasai

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of cholangitis Damp-heat and Dietetic stagnation syndrome after biliary atresia.Methods:Twenty-seven cases of cholangitis admitted from January 2014 to October 2017 in Shanxi Provincial Children’s Hospital were collected.27 cases were diagnosed with biliary atresia and were treated surgically in Children’s Hospital of Shanxi Province with Kasai surgery.All patients were hospitalized for cholangitis afterwards.Conforms to the diagnostic standard of Chinese and Western medicine at the same time.They were randomly divided into the study group and the control group according to the even number at the end of the case number.The base group was used as the study group and the even group was the control group.During the clinical trials,the children their conditions and parents’willingness were respected.The control group was a simple Western medicine treatment group and the study group was a combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(adding Dachaihu Decoction on the basis of western medicine treatment).The clinical symptoms,such as fever,jaundice,abdominal distension,etc.,were recovered from the two groups and combined with the average length of hospital stay.Spss20.0 statistical software was used to statistically analyze the results of the two groups.Results:Through clinical observation and analysis,the study group and treatment group were analyzed on gender,age of Kasai surgery,age of cholangitis and severity of illness.There was no statistical significance and comparisons could be made.The average cooling time in the study group was 4.4±1.62days,compared with 8.3±1.5days in the control group.Statistical analysis showed that P=0.000,which was less than 0.05,was statistically significant;the average yellowing time was 9.0±1.2days in the study group.14.0 ± 0.7 days,statistical analysis P = 0.000,with statistical significance;the average length of stay,the study group was 15.9 ± 0.9days,the control group was 19.5 ± 1.03 days,statistical analysis P = 0.000,P values were less than 0.05,has statistical significance.Conclusion:1.The statistical significance of the above aspects shows that there is no difference in gender,age of Kasai surgery,age of cholangitis,severity of disease in the two groups and addition of Dachaihu Decoction to treat biliary atresia based on formal treatment of Western medicine.Kasai postoperative cholangitis treatment effect is significantly better than the effect of Western medicine alone,which has a positive significance and worthy of promotion.2.Chinese medicine treatment can reduce the pain of patients,improve the quality of life,can also reduce the burden on the family,not only fully affirmed and carry forward the Da Chai Hu Tang of classical prescription,and to promote the development of Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with Difficult miscellaneous diseases aspects,is of great scientific and social significance.
