The Research Of Clinic Efficacy And Safety On Tiaopichuman Prescription Treating PDS Of Functional Dyspepsia(Cold And Heat Mixed Syndrome)

Objective : By using the tiaopichuman prescription to treat PDS of functional dyspepsia,observe the clinic efficacy and safety of tiaopichuman prescription and supply the evidence in order to generalize the prescription.Methods:Select 154 cases of patients who accord with the standards and come from the TCM hospital of Shanxi Province.With random number table method and according to the proportion of 1:1,divide the 154 cases of patients into treatment group and control group.The treatment group takes tiaopichuman granule after mixing it with hot water,a total of 400 ml,and takes 200 ml each time before meals for 30 minutes in the morning and evening.The control group takes orally domperidone,10mg/time,3 times/day and 30 min before each meal.Two groups of patients were treated according to their respective solution for 4 weeks,and then gather the statistics of the two groups before they are treated and after they are treated.The statistics include the western medicine and TCM syndrome total integral,the western medicine and TCM symptom single integral,gastric emptying and so on.The SPSS20.0statistical software was used to analyze the statistical data.Results:The age,gender,the western medicine and TCM syndrome total integral,the western medicine and TCM symptom single integral,and gastric emptying of two groups have no difference.After treatment with different solution for four weeks,both groups had improved in the western medicine and TCM syndrome total integral,the western medicine and TCM symptom single integral,and gastric emptying.There is difference in the TCM syndrome total curative effect between two groups.The treatment group effective rate is 93.24%,and the control group effective rate is 72.86%.In single symptom curative effects of traditional Chinese medicine,the two groups have no difference in loose stool,belching,pantothenic acid symptom.However in curative effects of gasterephraxis,dry,bitter,borborygmus,anorexia and upset irritability symptoms,the two groups have differences.The treatment group effective rates are 89.19%,77.36%,82.43%,70.27%,94.29%,56.60%,and the control group effective rates are 84.29%,68.97%,70.00%,48.57%,85.71%,53.85%.Therefore,the tiaopichuman prescription is superior to domperidone in gasterephraxis,dry,bitter,borborygmus,anorexia and upset irritability symptoms.There is difference in the western medicine syndrome total curative effect between two groups.The treatment group effective rate is 83.78%,and the control group effective rate is 74.29%.So the tiaopichuman prescription is superior to domperidone in the western medicine syndrome total curative effect.In individual symptoms,the effects of discomfort symptom after the meal,early satiety symptom and upper abdominal pain symptom,are different between two groups.The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group are respectively 79.37%,86.57%,77.50%;77.59%,81.81%,57.58%.So the tiaopichuman prescription is superior to domperidone in improving discomfort symptom after the meal,early satiety symptom and upper abdominal pain symptom.There is no difference in the efficacy of burning senseation between two groups.There is statistical differences in gastric emptying in the two groups after treatment,and the number of barium in the treatment group is significantly more than that in the control group.Therefore,the prescription is superior to domperidone in improving gastric emptying of patients.Conclusion:In addition,the tiaopichuman prescription is more effective than domperidone in the treatment of PDS of functional dyspepsia(cold and heat mixed syndrome).And it is safe and reliable in clinical application.
