Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Modified ShengjiOintment In Promoting Wound Healing Ofcircumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei Shengji ointment on the healing of wound of annular mixed hemorrhoid after operation.Methods:60 patients met the inclusion criteria of circular mixed hemorrhoid patients according to admission order according to the number table method is divided into A,B two groups,respectively,on behalf of the treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,the patients were using mixed hemorrhoid Milligan morgan.The two groups were treated with Xiao Zhi Huayu lotion and fumigation as basic treatment.After treatment,the treatment group was treated with modified Shengji ointment gauze for dressing change,while the control group was treated with vaseline gauze for dressing change after fumigation.To observe the postoperative pain degree,second,sixth,tenth days in patients with hematochezia symptoms and wound edema and exudation,were recorded second,sixth,tenth days after the wound area,and compared the calculated wound healing rate,patients were followed up to 14 days,and to evaluate its efficacy.In addition,the patient's vital signs and adverse reactions were observed and recorded to assess the safety of the treatment.Results:There was no significant difference in the basic data between the two groups,and there was no significant difference between the 60 cases(P>0.05).Groups of patients sixth days postoperative wound pain,edema and exudation was superior to the control group after the recovery,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the area of wound treatment group sixth,tenth days the wound area was significantly lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the wounds of sixth,tenth days in treatment group the healing rate of wound healing rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);evaluation of curative effect of 14 days after surgery,the treatment group and the control group the cure rate were 96.67% and 83.33%,there was significant difference(P <0.05).In the treatment group and the control group,the patient's vital signs were all stable during the observation period,and there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Jiawei Shengji ointment can Xue Qu rot,skin muscle,heat swelling,detoxification and analgesic effect,mixed hemorrhoid ring flavored using Shengji ointment gauze for wound dressing after surgery can significantly alleviate the patient's pain,reduce wound edema and reduce the leakage,improve in shape,promote rapid wound healing.During the treatment,the patient has no adverse reaction,indicating that the treatment is a safe and effective external treatment,and can be popularized in clinical practice.
