| Objective:In order to provide the basis for the selection of external medication after the operation of mixed hemorrhoids,the clinical effects of MEBO and Shengji Yuhong ointment were compared.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,76 hospitalized patients with mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into Shengji Yuhong ointment group(39 cases)and MEBO group(37 cases).The patients in both groups were given routine treatment in anorectal department after operation.The local dressing was removed 24 hours after operation.Jiuhua ointment and Jiuhua ointment cotton ball were used for dressing change once a day from the second day after operation.Shengji Yuhong ointment gauze or MEBO gauze gauze were used for dressing change from the fourth day after operation.The feeling of patients before dressing change and wound condition before dressing change on the fourth day after operation were taken as the standard before treatment On the 7th and 14 th day after operation,the degree of pain,pruritus,exudation and wound size were recorded.The time of granulation tissue and epithelial tissue were recorded.The number of cases with complete wound healing on the 21 st,28th and 35 th day after operation were recorded by follow-up.The data were analyzed by spss23.0 statistical software.Results:The statistical study showed that in terms of pain relief,the wound pain score of MEBO group on the 7th day after operation was better than that of Shengji Yuhong ointment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),but there was no statistical difference on the 14 th day after operation.On the 7th and 14 th day after operation,the scores of exudation and pruritus in Shengji Yuhong ointment group were better than those in MEBO group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The time of granulation tissue discovery in Shengji Yuhong ointment group was earlier than that in MEBO group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the time of epithelial tissue between the two groups(P > 0.05).The wound area of Shengji Yuhong ointment group was smaller than that of MEBO group on the 7th day after operation(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference on the 14 th day after operation(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference in the healing cases and cure rate between the two groups on the 21 st,28th and 35 th day after operation(P > 0.05).Conclusion:Both Shengji Yuhong ointment and MEBO can promote wound healing,and they have the same effect in promoting the overall healing speed and improving the cure rate of hemorrhoids with damp heat downpour syndrome,but Shengji Yuhong ointment is better in promoting the growth of granulation tissue,reducing wound exudation and improving the itching condition of wound;MEBO is better than Shengji Yuhong ointment in relieving postoperative pain.In terms of economy and access,Shengji Yuhong ointment is cheaper than MEBO;MEBO can be purchased in major pharmacies across the country,which is easy to obtain,and can be flexibly selected according to the patient’s own situation. |
