Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hp Positive CAG Liver-Stomach Disharmony Syndrome With Chaihu Lizhong Decoction And Standard Quadruple Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Chaihu Lizhong Decoction combined with standard quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach syndrome,and provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Methods : Eighty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with standard quadruple therapy.The treatment group was treated with Chaihu Lizhong Decoction on the basis of standard quadruple therapy.All patients were treated for 14 days,and Hp was reviewed after stopping for at least 4 weeks.The TCM symptom scores,Hp eradication rate and adverse reactions during the treatment were observed before and after treatment,and the safety evaluation was performed.Results:1.There were 40 patients in the control group,including 2 cases,1 case(one case was discontinued),and 37 cases in the final case.The treatment group included 40 cases,of which there were no cases and 3 cases of shedding(2 cases were lost to follow-up,1 case was discontinued by himself,and the final case was 37 cases.2.TCM syndrome score comparison: Compared with the control group,the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving gastric suffocation,stomach cramps,chest pain,belching,eating less,chest tightness,and poor stool.<0.05);There was no significant difference in the improvement of pantothenic acid between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the total symptoms of the patients(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the control group was 81.08%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.30%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of Hp eradication rate: After treatment,37 cases in the control group,30 cases in the negative,Hp eradication rate was 81.80%,37 cases in the treatment group,34 cases of Hp conversion,Hp eradication rate was 91.89%,in terms of Hp eradication The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).4.Comparison of adverse reactions: During the treatment,37 patients in the control group,2 patient developed nausea,1 patient developed abdominal pain,2 patients developed abdominal distension,1 patient developed diarrhea,1 patient developed constipation;37 patients in the treatment group,1 patient The patient developed abdominal distension,the incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 18.9%,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.7%.Compared with the control group,the adverse reactions in the treatment group were less(P<0.05).5.Comparison of safety: After treatment,the three routine routines of hematuria,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram did not change significantly,indicating that both groups were safe.Conclusion : The clinical efficacy of Chaihu Lizhong Decoction combined with standard quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony is exact,safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application.
