Research purposesUrinary calculi is one of the most common urological diseases in China.In view of its high incidence and high recurrence rate,it is highly valued by clinicians.This study intends to explore and analyze the relationship among sexual distinction,age,onset time,location of calculi,operation methods and composition of calculi in order to better treat urinary calculi and at the same time to treat urinary calculi.The prevention of tied stones can provide reference.Research methodswe collected 345 cases of urinary calculi in Henan Province who were treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from August,2017 to August,2018.The data of treatment and composition of calculi were analyzed.Research resultsIt showed that the ratio of male to female patients was 1.57:1 in 345 patients with calculi,the most common site of calculi was kidney calculi(31.59%)in 40-49 years old patients.The time of onset was the most in July(16.52%).Ureteroscopy(flexible ureteroscope and rigid ureteroscope)was the most common method of operation(44.06%),the mixed calculi(calcium oxalate monohydrate + calcium oxalate dihydrate)was the most common component(71.01%).There were significant differences in composition between male and female patients with calculi(except cystine calculi).Research conclusions(1)Urinary calculi in Henan Province are more common in males than in females.(2)The age group of 40-49 years old is the age of the highest incidence of stones in this area.(3)Among all kinds of urinary calculi,kidney calculi are the most common.(4)July was the month with the highest incidence of the disease.(5)Ureteroscopy(flexible ureteroscope and rigid ureteroscope)is the most commonly used treatment.(6)Calcium-containing calculus was the most common component of calculus in this area.(7)Compared with male and female,there was significant difference in stone composition between male and female patients(P < 0.05),due to the number of cystine stone patients was small,except cystine stone patients.
