Objective: To retrospective analysis to the clinical pathological characteristics case of stage ? breast cancer patients who were diagnosed first time.Understanding the clinical pathological characteristics of the distribution, effective treatment of they.To explore the transfer characteristics and the factors affecting of the prognosis of the stage ? breast cancer.Hoping for providing some guidance for clinical work in the future. Methods: Collecting the 107 cases in our hospital form January 01,2010 to December 31,2015 who were diagnosed stage ? breast cancer at the first time with complete clinical pathological data.Analyzing retrospectively the correlation between metastasis and clinical and pathological characteristics. To compare the effects of different clinical and pathological features and treatment methods on survival. To summarize the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients treated with primary lesion surgery. Results: 1.The distribution of the age of 40 to 60 is 63.9%.notpostmenopausal patients accounted for 52.3%.Invasive ductal carcinoma accounted for 89.8%.Luminal A,Luminal B1,Luminal B2,HER-2 positive type and basal-like/trinegative type were found in 4%,37.4%,25.2%,23.4%and 10.3% respectively.T and N stages were related to the location and number of metastases(P < 0.05).2.The molecular subtype and hormone receptor and HER-2 of primary tumor were related to the site of first progress(P<0.05).Different treatment methods and preoperative conditions were not related to the site of the first tumor progression(P=0.222,P=0.304).3.The one year survival rate of patients who were diagnosed stage ? breast cancer at the first time in our hospital is 93%,three years survival rate is 53%,five years survival rate is31%.The median overall survival was 28 months(95%CI:19-31months).Among patients who were regularly followed up,the median time to progression was 8 months(95%CI:5.5127-11months).4.N stages, sites and number of metastases at initial diagnosis and molecular subtype of primary tumor were related to the overall survival.Sites of metastases at initial diagnosis and the site of first progress were related to the progress free survival.Multivariable survival analysis revealed that number of metastases at initial diagnosis, molecular subtype and surgery of primary tumor were independent prognostic factors of stage ? breast cancer at initial diagnosis.5.KPS score decreased in only 16%of patients after surgery. No surgical-related complications occurred in 70.1% of the patients. The surgical satisfaction rate was 83.6%.Conclusion: 1.Most distribution of age in ? stage breast cancer patients is40-60 years old.Menopause and menopause patients with evenly distributed.2.T and N stages were related to the location and number of metastases.3.Molecular classification of the primary lesion, the first option transfer number and primary lesion surgery were independent prognostic factors for overall survival.
