With the deepening of the strategy of "Healthy China",China's health management undertakings are booming,health-related industries are flourishing,demand for health risk assessment and intervention is strong,and health management-related information systems are widely used.However,due to the independent research and development of various information systems and the lack of a unified data standard,the systems can not "interconnect" and "co-build and share" data,resulting in a large amount of waste of data resources and a variety of "information islands".Facing the trend of blowout growth of health care data,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of short board of health information data standard.At present,China attaches great importance to the construction of health information standards,and has issued a series of standards and norms.However,there are still some problems,such as incomplete application,relatively backward research and development,and ineffective management.Based on this,this study takes the construction of health risk assessment information system as a driving force,carries out the research of health risk assessment information data standard,and applies it to the research and development process of information system,which has a positive significance for promoting the interconnection and interoperability of health information.ObjectiveAccording to the design requirements of health risk assessment information system,a health risk assessment data demand system is constructed to provide relevant data items for data standardization.According to the relevant national and industry standards and norms,standardize the data of health risk assessment needs,and formulate the basic data standards of health risk assessment.With standardized data items as the object,the data order is standardized by constructing conceptual data model,which is conducive to the orderly management,dynamic maintenance and effective utilization of standards.Standardized data standards and data models are applied to information system development.MetheodsBy using the methods of literature research and expert consultation,the health risk assessment information system is accurately positioned through user needs analysis,business process specification,system architecture design,and then the health risk assessment model is screened and analyzed to explore the basic data needs of health risk assessment.Based on the needs analysis of health risk assessment data,data elements are extracted by the basic method of data collation,and standardized according to the requirements of the Standardization Rules of Health Information Data Elements,so that its content presentation method and format follow the compilation criteria of national health information data elements and effectively link up with the existing national and industry standards.Referring to the method of health information conceptual data model,using Rational Rose modeling software,health risk assessment information conceptual data model is constructed by establishing class hierarchy,defining class attributes and standardizing data types.The standardized data standards and data models are applied to the research and development of health risk assessment information system.Results1.Design of Health risk assessment Information SystemIn this study,the evaluation objects,health managers or community doctors,government health administrations,health insurance companies and other users were analyzed in depth,and the system business processes and system architecture were designed reasonably.According to the steps of health information collection,health information assessment and health follow-up intervention,a dynamic cycle process of assessmentintervention-re-evaluation-re-intervention is formed,which standardizes the business process of health risk assessment information system and defines the scope and function of assessment.2.Demand analysis of basic data for health risk assessmentBased on the demand of system research and development,16 health risk assessment models were selected according to the selection principle of health risk assessment models.The data of the evaluation model were sorted out,and 72 items of data were extracted.Among them,7 items were demographic and socioeconomic characteristics,21 items were health history,22 items were health risk factors,7 items were physical examination,13 items were laboratory examination,and 2 items were plan and intervention.3.Standardization of health risk assessment dataAfter data requirement analysis,data item collation,data element extraction and standardization,97 special attributes of health risk assessment data elements were formulated.Among them,77 specific attributes of existing health information data elements were cited,20 new specific attributes of data elements were defined.There are 21 items of data element range codes cited,including 4 items of national standards and 16 items of health information data element range codes4.Construction of Conceptual Data Model for Health risk assessmentThis research takes standardized data items as the object,refers to HL7 RIM model,uses Rational Rose modeling software to construct health risk assessment conceptual data model,forms a relatively stable model structure,makes health risk assessment data standard orderly,structure relationship clear,and effectively avoids redefining data elements containing the same concepts.5.Application of Basic Data Standards for Health risk assessmentThe standardized data element and data model are applied to the research and development of health risk assessment information system.On the one hand,data standards are used to guide database data dictionary formulation,generate Java code,and guide database logical design,including setting reasonable data range(setting range or legal input value),logical jump,automatic coding,input warning prompt,etc.On the other hand,according to the data type and presentation format of data elements,it guides the optimization of health risk assessment questionnaire,standardizes the topic type,options and coding,effectively standardizes health data collection,and improves the accuracy of health risk assessment data.Conclusion:The research on the basic data standard of health risk assessment makes up for the lack of data standard in the field of health risk assessment and improves the compatibility of data and system.(1)On the basis of fully drawing lessons from and quoting existing health information data elements,the health data elements are expanded and supplemented in accordance with the standards and norms to meet the needs of system research and development.(2)The conceptual data model in the field of health risk assessment is constructed by combining the technical route and method of standardization of health information data at home and abroad,which can be used for reference in the development of other software.
