Effects Of Shuganjieyu Capsule And PPI On The Improvement Of Symptoms And Prognosis Of GERD With Anxiety And Depression

Objective To investigate the effect of shuganjieyu capsule and PPI on the prognosis of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease with anxiety/depression.To investigate the relationship between shugan jieyu capsule and anxiety/depression in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.Method 46 patients with reflux or heartburn as the main symptoms were included in the outpatient department of gastroenterology of wuhan central hospital from December,2017 to December,2018,had Gerd Q rating scale and endoscopic examination,and selected Gerd Q integral "12 points or a positive gastroscope and meet eligibility criteria of the patients,general data investigation and routine inspection,including blood routine,urine routine,stool routine,liver function,renal function,electrolyte,etc.,and randomly divided into two groups,control group received conventional treatment,namely the panxi tora azole sodium enteric capsules(40mg QD),Treatment group received conventional treatment + liver resolve depression capsule(2 grain of the BID),drug delivery time is 4 weeks in a row,to visit every 2 weeks,respectively before and after treatment for 4 and 8 weekend weekend grading statistics,including Hamilton Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD),Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and Hamilton GERQ questionnaire,symptom score to assess the symptom such as change compared before and after treatment between the two group in the way and HAMD scale,HAMA scale,GERQ questionnaire etc,compare the 8th weekend recurrence rate between the two groups.Results 1.A total of 46 patients participated in the study.2.GERQ symptom score: before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of the two groups at the 4th and 8th weekends were significantly different from those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).3.HAMD and HAMA scores: there was no significant difference in the scores before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups on the 4th and 8th weekend(P<0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Efficacy evaluation: there was a statistically significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Recurrence rate: there was a statistical difference between the two groups in recurrence rate(P<0.05).6.Medication safety: there was no significant difference between the two groups in three routine treatments(blood,urine and feces),liver function,renal function and electrolyte.Conclusion 1.The efficacy of shuganjieyu capsule combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease is better than that of proton pump inhibitor alone.The combined use can not only effectively relieve the symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease,but also improve theanxiety/depression of patients.The results suggest that improving mood is beneficial to the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease,and shuganjieyu capsule is used to achieve the treatment purpose by improving the anxiety/depression of patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease.2.Combined medication can reduce the recurrence rate.3.The application of shugan jieyu capsule has no toxic effect on patients,so it is safe to use and can be used clinically.
