OBJECTIVE: Drug problems and drug abusers have always been an important problem facing the world.Promoting the physical and mental health of drug addicts is an important part of helping them return to society.In the forced isolation of drug rehabilitation centers,the strong guards who are forced to detoxify generally have withdrawal symptoms such as high blood pressure,weak limbs,insomnia and palpitations.Some of the strong people have psychological symptoms such as depression and anxiety,and Tai Chi practice gradually becomes a place for drug rehabilitation.A good way to strengthen the physical fitness and promote mental health.Therefore,this study explores the difference between the physical fitness and the desire of the strong-minded people by comparing the basic skills of Tai Chi,routines,usage training and 16-style Tai Chi routine exercises.In addition,it provides reference for Tai Chi exercise prescriptions for detoxification places.METHODS: This study used experimental methods to select 60 male compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation personnel in the Beijing TianTanghe Forced Isolation and Drug Rehabilitation Center.Among them,30 were the practice group and practiced the 16-style Tai Chi routine,and 30 were the experimental group for the Tai Chi.,16 style Tai Chi routines,offensive and defensive usage exercises.After the experiment,8 subjects were lost,and a total of 52 experimental data were collected,including 25 in the experimental group and 27 in the control group.The average age of the participants in the experiment was 36 years old,with an average height of 172 cm and an average weight of 72 kg.The experiment was carried out for 3 months,5days a week,1 hour each time.Before the experiment,after 6 weeks of experiment,and after the end of the experiment,the physical,psychological and drug craving effects of the strong-minded persons were tested.Results: 1.In the experimental group,there was a significant improvement in the BMI index,single-foot closed-head standing,grip strength,and step index project interventions of the strong-duty personnel.There were significant differences in the systolic blood pressure,heart rate,vital capacity,and sitting body flexion items.Significant difference(p < 0.01).2.The control group had a better effect on the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of the strong-disciplinary personnel.There was a significant difference in the intervention(p<0.05),and there was a significant difference in the diastolic blood pressure(p<0.01).3.The experimental group had a significant effect(p<0.05)in alleviating the depression and anxiety symptoms of the strong-disciplined personnel,and there was a significant difference in the craving(p<0.05).4.The control group did not have significant differences in reducing depression,anxiety scores,and reducing cravings.Conclusion: 1.Twelve-week Tai Chi training can improve the physical balance of strong people,heart and lungs,strength,improve the depressive symptoms of some strong people,and effectively reduce the drug cravings of the strong.2.Exercise can improve the blood pressure level of heart and lung function,relieve depression and anxiety symptoms.3.Tai Chi exercise is better than the broadcast gymnastics training method to improve the physical fitness and craving of the strong-minded personnel.
