In today’s society, medical problems have become a hot topic in people’s attention. The fast-paced modern life has caused people’s pressure to increase, irregular life, environmental pollution, food safety and other issues frequently exposed, endangering people’s health. With the gradual maturity of Internet technology, the concept of health management has been accepted, and the combination of medical and Internet to create a health management system with modern characteristics has become an emerging research direction. The state has always attached great importance to the physique health of students, and advocates the establishment of a healthy lifestyle and promotes the concept of investing in health. It is a good entry point for students to put into the health management system. In contrast, most of the current health management products are applied to medical institutions, and the attention paid to the student groups is generally insufficient.Based on this, this paper develops and designs a studentoriebted and self-sustaining health management system. This paper is based on the JavaEE development platform, using B/S mode as the development framework, adopts the MVC design pattern to achieve the layered design concept and decoupling design purpose, and implements the self-health for students by using Spring,SpringMVC,MyBatis and other frameworks.SpringMVC is mainly used in the presentation layer to achieve interaction with users.MyBatis is mainly used in the data access layer to achieve data persistence, interaction with data, and finally through the integrated management of Spring,to complete the system functions. The system uses a MySQL database to store data and uses Tomcat as a server. In addition,in order to make the user have a better experience, the Bootstrap framework is used in the system front-end development to optimize the operation interface, and technologies such as AJAX,jQuery, and JSTL are used to optimize the interaction mode.Logistic regression classification algorithm was also used in the health risk assessment part to establish a risk assessment model for chronic diseases, and predict the probability of future disease. The student-oriented health management system designed and implemented in this paper is rich in functions and fully conforms to the concept of health management. The system is a medical-related system that assists students in detecting, assessing, and guiding potential risk factors for their own health.Students using the system can improve their own health management capabilities and awareness by the ways to self-learn,self-build,and self-build databases through the use of the system. The current system has been running normally, and after comprehensive functional testing and performance testing of the system,it proves that the system can not only meet the normal functional requirements, but also has stable operation, clean interface, simple operation, strong scalability, easy to upgrade and maintain Features. The system’s self-health management for students has greatly improved students’ health management awareness and management level, and has certain application value and social significance.
