Purposes:Retrospectively analysis the clinical and pathological features of patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors diagnosed in Jiangsu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2013 to February 2019,and improved clinical understanding of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors.Retrospectively studied the endoscopic findings, postoperative survival rate, recurrence rate and recurrence rate of patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumor after endoscopic treatment from May 2016 to February 2018,and attempted to explore the effectiveness and safety of endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors. To explore the syndrome differentiation of endoscopic gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors after endoscopic treatment, symptom improvement of Chinese medicine decoction combined with endoscopic treatment, and long-term clinical efficacy. Methods:Through clinical data collection, the relationship between clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors was analyzed.Analyze the value of endoscopic treatment for the efficacy and safety of patients with gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors. At the same time, through comparison, the relationship between the long-term clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine decoction combined with endoscopic treatment and endoscopic treatment alone. Results:In the data of 275 cases in our hospital, the pathological stage of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors was the most in G1 stage. The gender, the pathological stage, type and location of the patients were related to the metastasis of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors.Endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors is effective. The survival rate and non-recurrence rate of 116 patients who underwent endoscopic treatment in this study reached 100%.The recurrence rates of the return visit to February 2019 was only 9.48%.After endoscopic treatment of 71 cases of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors treated with Chinese medicine,TCM syndrome differentiation was found, and the evidence was the majority. After endoscopic treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors, patients who were regularly treated with traditional Chinese medicine had lower scores of TCM syndromes than those before oral administration of TCM,and recurred compared with patients who underwent endoscopic treatment alone, which rate is significantly reduced. Conclusions:At present, there are few studies on the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors after endoscopic treatment, and this study fills the gap in this aspect.Through the postoperative individualized Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment, the Chinese medicine cooperates with endoscopy.Surgical treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors provides important practical value and clinical theoretical basis. This study found that Chinese medicine has a certain effect in the treatment of gastrointestinal neuroendocrine tumors, which can improve the postoperative symptoms, improve the quality of life of the patients, and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
