| Objective:Through clinical research,the effects of dosage changes of Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula in JPYZXZ prescription on clinical efficacy,quality of life and physical condition of patients with advanced gastric cancer with spleen-stomach Qi deficiency syndrome were observed.It provides a theoretical basis for the treatment of gastric cancer with traditional Chinese medicine,and provides a basis for the optimal dosage of Astragalus membranaceus and Codonopsis pilosula in the treatment of Spleen-stomach deficiency syndrome of advanced gastric cancer with JPYZXZ prescription.Methods:Sixty patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided into experimental group(60g of Astragalus membranaceus and 30g of Codonopsis pilosula)and control group(30g of Astragalus membranaceus and 15g of Codonopsis pilosula).All cases were from Professor Liu Shenlin's expert clinic of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine,Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,from February 2017 to February 2019.Both groups were given medicine for 12 weeks and followed up once in 4 weeks.1.Observe the changes of KPS score,quality of life score and TCM symptom score before and after intervention,and compare the curative effect between the two groups.2.Routine tests were performed before and after intervention in the two groups:blood routine test,liver and kidney function test as safety indicators to observe the safety of JPYZXZ prescription.3.SPSS 19.0 statistical software package and database were used for statistical analysis.The main statistical analysis methods used in this study are:repeated measurement variance analysis,chi-square test,paired t-test,independent t-test,rank sum test.The significance level was set at alpha=0.05.Results:1.KPS score:Independent t-test was used to compare the two groups at the same time point.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score between the two groups(p>0.05);at the rest of the time,the mean of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Paired t-test showed that there were significant differences in time points between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05),and both groups showed an upward trend.Generally speaking,the KPS scores of the two groups at four time points have statistical differences,and with the prolongation of treatment time,the mean value of the experimental group and the control group gradually increased,and the increase of the mean value of KPS in the experimental group is higher than that in the control group,and the experimental group can shorten the onset time compared with the control group.2.TCM syndrome score:Independent t-test was used to compare the two groups at the same time point.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score between the two groups(p>0.05);at the rest of the time,the mean of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(p<0.05).Paired t-test showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05),and both groups showed a downward trend.Generally speaking,the scores of TCM syndromes of the two groups at four time points have statistical differences,and with the prolongation of treatment time,the mean values of the experimental group and the control group gradually decrease,and the mean value of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,and the experimental group can shorten the onset time compared with the control group.3.Quality of life score:At the same time point,the comparison between groups was obtained by independent t test.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the score between the two groups(p>0.05);at the rest of the time,the average value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Paired t-test showed that there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(p<0.05),and both groups showed a downward trend.Generally speaking,the scores of quality of life of the two groups at four time points have statistical differences.With the prolongation of treatment time,the mean values of the experimental group and the control group gradually decrease,and the mean values of the experimental group are higher than those of the control group.It shows that the improvement of physical function,emotional function,symptom scale and specific module of the experimental group is better than that of the control group,and the experimental group is better than that of the control group.Compared with the control group,the onset time was shortened.4.Safety evaluation and analysis:Blood routine,liver and kidney function tests were performed before,after and during the two stages of clinical observation.No abnormal changes related to medication were found in the course of treatment,and no adverse reactions related to medication were observed in the patients.Conclusion:1.JPYZXZ prescription has definite curative effect in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer of Spleen-stomach Qi deficiency type,which can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with traditional Chinese medicine,and has good safety.2.Compared with Astragalus 30g and dangshen 15g compound prescriptions,Astragalus 60g and dangshen 30g compound prescriptions can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen-stomach Qi deficiency syndrome in advanced gastrnc cancer,shorten the onset time,improve the KPS score of patients with gastric cancer,enhance physical condition,improve the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,improve the improvement rate of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,improve the clinical symptoms of patients,such as fatigue,feces,etc.Astragalus membranaceus 60g,Codonopsis pilosula 30g compound can also significantly improve the quality of life of patients,improve the physical and emotional functions of patients. |
