Objective:By measuring the volunteers crowd standing over the spine X-ray and seat oflateral X-ray spinal and pelvic shape surface parameters,comparison of two different positions under different sagittal parameters change,which discuss when there are changes in body position the spine and pelvis is how to change the balance of human body under different position to the bodyMethods:Select 142 volunteers,led by himself to south medical image division,the research and taken respectively volunteers to stand under the whole spine is lateral slice and filming volunteers sit on the wooden bench lateral slice.Volunteers image data into standard:1,age 20?60 years old,2,invertebrate history of instability and lower limb joints,3,no bad posture radiography,4 without spinal deformity and transitional vertebra.According to the inclusion criteria to remove some do inot conform to the conditions of volunteers.The imaging data of these volunteers parameters(position and parameter under the seat)measurement,measurement parameters,respectively,including:after thoracic lobe(TK),thoracic lumbar segment after lobe(TLK),lumbar lordosis Angle(LL),sacral slope Angle(SS),pelvic Angle(PA).After filing the parameters measured by the statistics.Because it is a general comparison and analysis between the two sample.We first use is F-test double sample variance analysis,first of all determine whether two sample population variance exists difference,Then according to the results of two sample homogeneity analysis method of t test selection,by P value for each set of the result of inspection the size of the analysis conclusion.Results:Standing and sitting position under the pelvis in sagittal spine parameter measurement results:TK??(25.95°±7.81°)vs TK??(17.70°±8.09.4°);TLK??(5.95°±7.78°)vs TLK??(4.34°±9.11°);LL ??(-52.33°±10.23°)vs;LL??(-27.40°±15.30°);SS??(37.18°±7.27°)vs SS??(23.61°±11.40°);PT??(11.0°±7.20°)vs PT??(25.00°±11.37°);PA ??(15.85°±6.68°)vs PA??(29.84°±11.10°);PI??(48.17°±9.85°)vs PI??(48.61°±9.89°)?Statistical analysis results show that compared with standing and sitting position under the TK,TLK,LL and SS were significantly decreased,and the significant increase in PT,the spinal sagittal parameters LL change in the most obvious,and the pelvis in sagittal view parameter PT and SS changes offset each other,and the PI is not an influence.Conclusion:human body under the seat and two different standing postures,parameters of the pelvis in sagittal spine will find significant change,instead of standing,sitting position under the whole spinal sagittal parameter is reduced,the spine form tends to smooth;The pelvic tilt Angle increase,pelvic morphology to pour.The results suggest:the pelvis in sagittal spine parameters as the position,long segmental lumbar spinal fusion surgery may reduce the pelvis in sagittal spine parameters change with position adjustment ability.
