Objective:To investigate the clinical value of GCS score combined with CT score in the prognosis of patients with traumatic brain injuries. Methods:A retrospective analysis of 612 cases of traumatic brain injury patients admitted to our hospital from January 1,2016 to December 31,2016 was performed.GCS scores and CT scores were scored for all patients, and weighted methods were used for the combined scoring.Evaluate its value in the prognosis of patients.Results:1.There was a positive correlation between GCS score and CT score. The correlation coefficient was 0.649,P<0.01.2.The correlation coefficient between GCS score and TBI patient prognosis was 0.505;the correlation coefficient between CT score and TBI patient prognosis was 0.489;the correlation coefficient between GCS score combined with CT score and TBI patient prognosis was 0.609.The three parameters were significantly correlated with the prognosis of TBI patients, but the GCS score combined with CT score was more strongly associated with the prognosis of patients with TBI.3.The results of the receiver operating characteristic curve showed that the area under the curve of the GCS score was 0.808(P < 0.01,95% CI 0.756 ~ 0.843);the area under the curve of the CT image score was 0.800(P < 0.01,95% CI0.7773 ~0.843);the area under the curve of the GCS score combined with the CT score was 0.809(P <01,95% CI0.775 ~0.843),so the GCS score combined with the CT score has an advantage in determining the prognosis of patients with TBI.Conclusion:1.The lower that the GCS score of patients with craniocerebral injury, the CT score is higher, the condition of patients is more severe and the prognosis is worser.2.GCS score,CT score and GCS score combined with CT score can predict the clinical prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury.3.GCS score combined with CT score has a stronger correlation with the prognosis of patients with craniocerebral injury, and has clinical application value.
