Objective Diabetic retinopathy(DR),a disease that damages retinal microvessels,is one of the most serious ocular complications of diabetes mellitus. With the development of society and the increase of morbidity, early prevention and treatment of DR patients is of great significance.Using Optical Coherence Tomography Angiography to observe the changes of macular between normal people and no diabetic retinopathy person. And t o analyze the correlation between the course of DR and its indexes. Methods Observational cross-sectional study. The patients receiving treatment from the First Affiliated Hospital of An Hui Medical University(2017.12 to 2018.9)were selected for the treatment of 85 cases(total 144 eyes).41 patients(74 eyes)no diabetic retinopathy(NDR)were selected as experimental group and 44 cases(totally70 eyes)were controlled by patients with chronic conjunctivitis and other ocular surface diseases. All subject should measure the best vision, intraocular pressure and preset lens first. And then check the OCTA after full mydriasis, and using the latest version of analysis software to musure the subject's retinal thickness, image quality, the foveal avascular zone area(FAZ)area and circumferences,AI,center recess300?m blood flow density, central fovea shallow layer and deep blood flow density. The two groups were compared, and the linear correlation between these parameters and the course of disease was analyzed.Data were expressed as mean(+standard deviation)(M ± SD).SPSS software was used for t-test,chi-square test, linear correlation analysis and other statistical analysis. Results Compared with the control group, there was no statistically significant difference between the thickness of the retina and the blood flow density in the shallow layer(P > 0.05).Between the two groups,FAZ's area and circumference increases, the area of NDR group and control group were 0.315±0.100 mm2 and0.266±0.106 mm2,it's circumference were 2.267±0.375 mm and 1.982±0.398 mm,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with the group,NDR group's AI was increased, and the AI values of the NDR group and the control group were 1.153±0.049 and 1.106±0.035,respectively.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).NDR group and control group in the center recess 300?m blood flow density were reduced, two groups respectively were 47.372±3.734?49.035±4.750,and we can find that the difference between the two group had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).It was found that that deep blood flow density of NDR group and control group were reduced by 49.511±4.673?52.139±4.038,respectively.And the difference between the two group had a statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no correlation between duration of diabetes mellitus and visual acuity,AI and superficial blood flow density. There was a positive correlation between course and FAZ area,r = 0.268,P =0.021.There was a positive correlation between the course of disease and the perimeter of FAZ,r = 0.317,P = 0.006.There was a positive correlation between course of disease and FD-300,r=0.261,p=0.025.There was a positive correlation between course and deep blood flow density(r = 0.558,P = 0.001).Conclusion Through the quantitative analysis of OCTA,patients with diabetes before the emergence of retinopathy,FAZ area and the circumference and AI increased, the FD-300 and the density of the blood flow in the central fovea concave depression were decreased. The duration of diabetes was negatively correlated with FAZ area,FAZ perimeter,FD-300 and deep blood flow density, and positively correlated with AI.It can provided the new monitoring method for patients with diabetes clinical fundus changes. Then Intervention and prevention of diseases play a key role.
