Clinical Study On Qidi Xiaoke Shenan Decoction In Treating Liver-kidney Yin Deficiency And Stasis Syndrome Of Consumptive Thirst Involving Kidney

Objective: To verify the clinical efficacy of qidi xiaoke shenan decoction in the treatment of Consumptive thirst involving kidney(liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome),explore the feasibility theory and method of clinical treatment of Consumptive thirst involving kidney.Methods: A total of 60 outpatients diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine as Consumptive thirst involving kidney(liver and kidney Yin deficiency and stasis syndrome)(stage IV DKD)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given qidi xiaoke shenan decoction,1 dose per day,120 ml each time,3 times a day,decocted with water.The control group took Valsartan capsule,80 mg each time,1 times a day.Patients in both groups were given diabetes education,low-protein diet and the same basic hypoglycemic treatment,with one course of treatment for 4 weeks and three courses of continuous treatment according to the condition.The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and the quantitative changes of fasting plasma glucose,postprandial plasma glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and 24-hour urine protein were detected.The data were statistically processed to determine the efficacy.Results: After 12 weeks of observation,the total effective rate was 86.7% in the treatment group and 63.3% in the control group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences.After treatment,TCM symptom score,24 h urine protein quantification,fasting plasma glucose,2h postprandial plasma glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin of the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).In this study,there was no significant change in the safety indexes of the treatment group and the control group,suggesting that Qidi xiaoke shenan decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of Consumptive thirst involving kidney(stage IV DKD),which is worthy of further study.Conclusion: Qidi Xiaoke Shenan decoction in the treatment of liver-kidney Yindeficiency and stasis syndrome of Consumptive thirst involving kidney(stage IV DKD),can significantly improve the patient's clinical symptoms,can reduce proteinuria,plasma glucose control,delay the progression of Consumptive thirst involving kidney,curative effect,security is good,can provide clinical doctors to treat Consumptive thirst involving kidney(stage IV DKD)with a new reference.
