Clinical Study On Xiantian Yishen Jiedu Decoction In Treating Diabetic Kidney Disease(pishenyangxu Stasis Toxic Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Xiantian Yishen Jiedu decoction in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(Pishenyangxu Stasis Toxic syndrome),and provide more ways for clinical treatment of diabetic kidney disease.Methods: 72 patients with diabetic kidney disease(Pishenyangxu Stasis Toxic syndrome)were randomly divided into a treatment group of 36 cases and a control group of 36 cases.The treatment group was treated was Xiantian Yishen Jiedu decoction on the basic treatment.The control group was treated with irbesartan tablets on the basis of treatment.Both groups took 4 weeks as a course of treatment and 3 consecutive courses of treatment.Changes in clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,ACR,24 h urinary protein quantification,Scr,eGFR,HbA1 c,FBG,2hPBG,CHOL,TG,LDL-C and safety indicators were observed in the two groups.Results: There were 34 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group after removing the shedding cases.Comparison of the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment.According to the judgement of the total effect,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.92%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 66.67%(P <0.05).The curative effect was significantly different between the two groups.The treatment group has advantages in improving ACR,24 h U-pro,HbA1 c,FBG,2hPBG,LDL-C and other indicators(P <0.05).According to the judgement of the efficacy of TCM syndromes,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 85.29%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.64%(P<0.05).The treatment group was more advantageous than the control group in improving clinical symptoms.In the treatment group,the symptoms of chills and cold limbs,fatigue,fatigue,shortness of breath,weakness in the waist and knees,edema,nocturia,and loose stools were significantly improved compared with the control group(P <0.05)Conclusion: Xiantian Yishen Jiedu decoction is better than Irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic kidney disease(Pishenyangxu Stasis Toxic syndrome),which can reduce the patient's urine protein,improve renal function,and relieve clinical symptoms,and no significant adverse reaction event occurred.
