Objective: In this study,Zishen Pinggan Decoction combined with Acupuncture Therapy of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Valsartan Capsule were used to treat menopausal hypertension in women with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.The efficacy and safety of Zishen Pinggan Decoction in lowering blood pressure,improving symptoms of menopausal syndrome and improving clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were observed.To provide the clinical basis for the treatment of this disease with TCM comprehensive therapy,and to provide a new way of thinking for realizing the goal of treatment of female climacteric hypertension and improving the prognosis of the best treatment ways and methods.Methods: In this study,72 patients in outpatient and treatment areas from January2018 to January 2019 were selected from the heart disease center of our hospital,according to the order of patients,36 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group was given the first-line antihypertensive drug,angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist valsartan capsule,80 mg each time,taken in the morning once a day;Kuntai capsule,4 capsules each time,taken after meals three times a day.On the basis of valsartan capsule,the experimental group was treated with Zishen Pinggan Decoction(herbal slices,decocted juice 300 ml,150ml,divided into morning and evening)combined with Chinese medicine acupuncture once a day.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The antihypertensive effect,improvement of climacteric syndrome and improvement of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine were observed before and after treatment.The patient data collected before and after treatment were calculated and processed by SPSS19.0 statistical analysis software.Results:Before and after the treatment,the blood pressure in the clinic and 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure can be effectively lowered in the experimental group compared with the control group(P<0.01),but there is no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05);in improving the symptoms of climacteric syndrome,the experimentalgroup and the control group were compared and treated in the Kupperman total score group.There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).In terms of curative effect,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).In improving the clinical symptoms of TCM,there were significant differences in the total score of TCM syndromes between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01),and dizziness and headache between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).The symptoms were significantly improved(P<0.01),and the remaining symptoms were improved(P<0.05).There was significant difference in the efficacy between the two groups(P<0.01),indicating that the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Zishen Pinggan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture therapy can effectively reduce blood pressure,improve symptoms of climacteric syndrome,improve clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,and provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of female climacteric hypertension(Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome),which is worthy of clinical promotion.
