Objective:To investigate the quality of life and emotional disorders of patients with coronary heart disease,and to study the differences in quality of life and emotional status between D-type personality and non-D-type personality of patients with coronary heart disease;To explore the specific mechanism of D-type personality affecting the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:Patients with coronary heart disease who underwent coronary angiography in the Department of Cardiology,First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from June 2018 to December 2018 and who met the enrollment criteria were enrolled.The general questionnaire,anxiety self-rating scale,self-rating depression scale,and quality of life questionnaire were investigated to analyze the differences in quality of life and emotional status between patients with coronary heart disease of type D personality and non-type personality.Results:1.The SAS and SDS standard scores of patients with NA coronary heart disease were larger than those of non-NA patients.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).The SAS and SDS criteria of SI patients with coronary heart disease were larger than those of non-SI patients.The significance of learning(P<0.05);the scores of SAS and SDS in patients with type D personality coronary heart disease were larger than those with non-D personality,and the results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Patients with D-type personality coronary heart disease were lower than noncoronary heart disease patients in terms of physiology,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and quality of life.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the health changes between the D-type personality group and the non-D-type personality group(P > 0.05).3.Patients with depression and anxiety were lower than non-coronary heart disease patients in terms of physiology,physiological function,physical pain,general health status,energy,social function,emotional function and quality of life.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the health changes between the combined emotional disorder group and the noncombined emotional disorder group(P > 0.05).4.There was a significant correlation between the standard score of anxiety scale,standard score of depression scale,personality of type D and total quality of life(P<0.05).5.The direct effect of D-type personality on SAS standard score is 0.317,the direct effect on SDS standard score is 0.296,the direct effect on quality of life is0.030,and the total effect on quality of life is-0.243,indirect effect on quality of life.The direct effect of the SDS standard on the quality of life is-0.141,and the direct effect of the SAS standard on the quality of life is-0.729.Conclusion:1.D-type personality is related to coronary heart disease.2.D-type personality coronary heart disease patients are more likely to produce anxiety and depression than non-D-type personality patients.3.D-type personality,anxiety and depression are negative factors influencing quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.4.Anxiety and depression as mediators mediate the influence of type D personality on quality of life.
