Objective: To explore the clinical value of nano-carbon in the treatment of lymph node dissection in laparoscopic assisted radical resection of distal gastric cancer. Methods: Retrospective analysis of 40 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.40 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.Locally injected nanocarbon tracer(laparoscopic)before surgery, the control group did not take injection of nano carbon tracer, all patients underwent conventional laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy for radical surgery, the operation was performed by the same operator. After the operation, the fresh specimens sent to the pathology department for routine examination of the metastasis. The number of lymph node dissection and the detection rate of metastatic lymph nodes were calculated. The number of lymph nodes in the tracer group was statistically analyzed, and the lymph node dissection was compared. The postoperative complications of the two groups were observed and recorded. Results: The total number of lymph nodes in the observation group was 621.The average number of lymph nodes cleaned in each patient was 31.05±5.72,and the total number of lymph nodes in the control group was 488.The average number of lymph nodes in each patient was 24.4±7.32.The number of lymph nodes in each patient was significantly higher than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,434 lymph nodes were black-stained,the number of unstained lymph nodes was 187,and the blackstaining rate(black-stained lymph node/total lymph node)was 69.9%.The staining effect was considerable.Among the 621 lymph nodes cleaned by the observation group,76 were found to have cancer metastasis lymph nodes, accounting for 12.24% of the total;the number of lymph nodes in the control group was 488,and the number of lymph nodes with cancer metastasis lymph nodes was 54,accounting for the total.11.07%,the positive rate of cancer metastasis lymph nodes in the two groups was similar, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative incision infection, intestinal obstruction and gastric fistula complications between the control group and the study group(P>0.05).No adverse reactions associated with nano-activated carbon were observed in the observation group. Conclusion: For laparoscopic assisted distal radical gastrectomy,it is safe and feasible to apply nanocarbon before surgery.During the study,no obvious adverse reactions were observed. Its tracer effect can effectively improve the number of gastric lymph nodes, thereby improving the degree of radical treatment, reducing the difficulty of intraoperative lymph node removal, and is helpful for evaluating postoperative staging and guiding the postoperative treatment.
