Objective: To study the clinical application of nano-carbon in laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer.Methods: This study is to select 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical resection of colorectal cancer from August 2014 to February 2015 in our department.90 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,and each group was 45 patients.The patients in control group were operated by routine procedure,preoperative injection of nano-carbon tracer in the peripheral bowel serosa around the tumor in the trial group,the other operation with the control group.Compare the differences of the total number of lymph nodes,the number of tiny lymph nodes and the number of black lymph nodes in the two groups.And to further analyze the relationship between black-stained lymph nodes and positive metastatic lymph nodes,and dissected lymph node number and prognosis.Results: 1.The total number of lymph nodes(35.02±7.25)and the number of tiny lymph nodes(16.14 ±5.72)in the trial group were higher than the control group(24.20±6.47)and(11.82±4.83),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The average number of black-stained lymph nodes in the experimental group was 11.28±2.64.3.The number of positive lymph nodes and the positive rate of lymph node metastasis(3.64±1.24 and 13.9%)in the trial group were higher than those(2.50±0.78 and 7.6%)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The number of positive black lymph nodes and the positive rate were 2.86±1.18 and 21.26%,while the number of non-black-stained positive lymph nodes and the positive rate were 2.48±0.94 and 6.9% in the trial group;And black-stained lymph node positive rate was the highest.4.The level of CEA in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group after operation.Compared with the control group,the time of CEA rise is relatively later in the trial group,and the most important thing is the recurrence rate in the trial group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: Nano-carbon tracer can improve the number of lymph node dissection,especially the tiny lymph nodes.It is suitable for guiding the regional lymph node dissection,reducing the recurrence of postoperative,and can remarkably increase the long term survival and improve the prognosis in patients.
