| Purpose:The treatise on miscellaneous diseases of typhoid,written by zhang zhongjing,a physician in the eastern han dynasty,is a monograph on the differentiation and treatment of miscellaneous diseases of external sensation and internal injury.However,similar words such as "agitated" have appeared many times in the theory,which has a high clinical incidence and complicated etiology and pathogenesis,no matter in external or internal diseases.Whether as the main disease,or as a syndrome,or prompt pathogenesis advance and retreat,etc.,have rich dialectical connotation.This paper systematically sorted out zhongjing’s understanding of the cause,diagnosis,syndrome treatment and medication of "irritability",and explored the clinical significance and academic characteristics of zhongjing’s differentiation and treatment of "irritability",so as to better grasp zhongjing’s academic thought of "syndrome differentiation and treatment",with a view to guiding the clinical significance of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:The main body of this paper USES the traditional philology method.In the first part,the definition of "irritability" is defined,the difference between "irritability" and "irritability" is discussed,and other similar words of "irritability" are briefly introduced by referring to the Chinese medical code and modern literature of cnki.Second,three,four parts,through the system to sort out the theory of typhoid miscellaneous diseases,"upset" the relevant provisions(treatise on febrile disease,"golden" in this song based),related resources of past dynasties doctor annotations,works and network literature,analysis of "irritated" by machine,the diagnosis,cure,and the formulas and then draw zhongjing’s syndrome differentiation "upset",the clinical significance of the academic characteristic;In the fifth and sixth parts,the author makes a brief review of the mind-mind relationship in huangdi neijing,the theoretical source of treatise on typhoid and miscellaneous diseases,and the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of "irritability".Referring to relevant works,the inheritance and development of four doctors’ experience of zhongjing’s "fretful" prescription were summarized.In the seventh part,the association analysis of "fang-syndrome" is carried out on cytoscape3.21 software for data mining,and the relationship between the principal and principal syndromes of "irritability" and other syndromes of "irritability" is obtained.Results:(1)"fidget" provisions and prescription statistics: "on typhoid miscellaneous diseases" appeared in the similar "fidget" related words and "upset","restless","slightly upset","upset with fever","particularly fidget",etc.,the relevant provisions are more than 100 statistics,which involve 45 prescriptions.(2)definition of related concepts of "irritability" : 1)"upset" and "agitation" are different in clinical manifestations,etiology,pathogenesis,outcome and prognosis;2)"upset and restless" and "restless and upset" in essence,there is no difference in degree of severity or sequence of "upset" and "restless";3)"upset pain" refers to frequent pain,and the "upset" is not accompanied by the pain,but "upset".(3)zhongjing’s understanding of the etiology,diagnosis,treatment and formulas of "irritability" : 1)the understanding of etiology and pathogenesis: "irritability" caused by stagnation of Yang qi,"irritability" caused by yangsheng,"irritability" caused by yangxu,"irritability" caused by Yang deficiency,"irritability" caused by mixed Yin and Yang,"irritability" caused by illness;2)diagnosis: pay attention to palpation and abdominal diagnosis;3)treatment understanding: pay attention to Yang qi,pay attention to stomach qi,deficiency and diarrhea,and according to the evil spirit and the circumstances;4)recipe recognition: "fidgety" heat syndrome with gypsum,gardenia,cold syndrome with cassia twig,dried ginger,water drink commonly used poria.(4)the clinical significance of the diagnosis and treatment of "fidget" : 1)can be used as an important basis for syndrome differentiation;2)often prompt disease advance and retreat;3)prognosis is often indicated.(5)"neijing" on the "fidget" understanding: "neijing" put forward the mind-mind relationship and its "fidget" etiology,diagnosis,prevention and treatment of the understanding of zhongjing academic thoughts are provided with a theoretical source.(6)zhongjing "fidgety" side of the inheritance and development of the syndrome:zhu,li,wu,zhang four doctors have different degrees of academic zhongjing,different angles of inheritance and development: zhu chuangyueju pill solution six yu treatment "fidgety";Li’s system buzhong yiqi decoction to treat spleen and stomach qi deficiency and Yin fire floating heart "fidgety";Wu is good at cutting zhongjing prescription treatment of all kinds of fever in the "dysphoria";The tutor distinguishes and treats the "irritability" in the serious disease,the long illness,heavy stomach qi,heavy xing Yang.(7)According to the data analysis,it can be concluded that: firstly,the common concurrent syndromes of the main syndromes with "irritability" are fever,sweating,vomiting,etc.,in order of frequency.Second,in wuling powder,big chengqi soup,small chaihu soup and other three parties,"fidgety" main syndrome and common concurrent disease is most often accompanied by the occurrence.Conclusion:Zhongjing’s experience in distinguishing and treating "irritability" is of great academic and clinical value from the aspects of cause,diagnosis,syndrome treatment and prescriptions,etc.,with huangdi neijing as the academic origin,it lays a foundation for the development
