Clinical Research Of The Treatment For Early Metaphase Knee Osteoarthritis Through Tong Du Bone-setting

Objective: to compare the efficacy of tongtu-zhengji operation and local massage in the treatment of early-middle stage knee osteoarthritis,so as to confirm the practicability and scientific nature of tongtu-zhengji operation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to provide a new theoretical basis for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,as well as a more effective clinical treatment.Methods: this study collected in shanxi traditional Chinese massage clinics into standard of 60 patients with knee osteoarthritis,were randomly divided into general du is spinal surgery treatment group(massage waist chiropractic + general supervision guide surgery,knee joint local technique)and local massage in the control group(knee local +functional exercise),every Tuesday,four,six on the morning of each treatment,10 times for a period of treatment,two groups of treatment 3 period of treatment.Before treatment,the general condition,vas score and WOMAC score of the two groups showed no significant difference after statistical analysis.After three courses of treatment,vas score and WOMAC score were compared to evaluate the pain and improvement of daily activities of the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in basic information,namely gender,age,course of disease and lesion site.Statistical analysis of vas score and WOMAC score before treatment showed no significant difference.2.After 3 courses of treatment,compared with that before treatment,there were significant differences in vas score and WOMAC score between the tongtu-zhengji group and the local massage group,indicating that both tongtu-zhengji and local massage were effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and could improve the pain,rigidity and activity of daily life of patients with knee osteoarthritis.3.After three courses of treatment,there were significant differences in vas score and WOMAC score between the tongdu positive chiropractic group and the local massage group.And the group of tongdu orthopaedic chiropractic is better than the local massage group.The manipulation of tongtuzheng chiropractic has more significant effect on improving pain,rigidity and activity of daily life.After 4.3 courses of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared:the total effective rate of the tongdu positive chiropractic group was 96.67%;Total effective rate of local massage group: 89.66%;There was a significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:(1)tengtu-zheng chiropractic operation and local massage have obvious clinical effects on patients with early-middle stage knee osteoarthritis.(2)compared with the overall clinical efficacy of the two groups,the tongdu positive chiropractic group was superior to the local massage group.(3)tongdu positive chiropractic "lumbar treatment" in the treatment of early and middle knee osteoarthritis,the curative effect is positive,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
