Objective:Analytical study used three different sputum-containing solutions to prevent radioactive oral mucositis(RIOM)in patients with head and neck malignant tumors, providing a theoretical basis for clinical prevention and treatment of radioactive oral mucositis, thereby reducing the incidence of radioactive oral mucositis. Methods:In this study,90 patients with head and neck malignant tumors who underwent radiation therapy in a third-grade hospital in Yichun City from September 2018 to February 2019 were selected. After the serial numbers were arranged according to the order of admission, the patients were divided into random numbers. It is divided into three groups of A,B and C,each group consisting of 30 people. From the first day of radiotherapy, patients in groups A,B,and C were given rejuvenating new fluid and sputum every day(formula consisting of 0.9% sodium chloride solution 250 ml,dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection 10 mg,lidocaine 0.4g).,vitamin B6 injection 200mg,gentamicin sulfate 160,000 U),mouth Thai containing sputum, three kinds of sputum containing 10-15 ml / time,3-5 times / d,each time containing sputum Less than 5min.Results:1.Before treatment, the general clinical details of the three groups(including education level, disease type, body weight, radiation dose,etc.),(P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant.2.The incidence of RIOM in the three groups of patients during radiotherapy showed that the incidence of RIOM per week in group A malignant tumors was lower than that in group B malignant tumors from the initial stage to the end of treatment.Group B malignant tumors The incidence of RIOM in patients was lower than that in group C.The weekly incidence of RIOM in group A malignant tumor patients was significantly lower than that in group C malignant tumors.Statistical analysis showed that(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is statistically significant.3.The RIOM time analysis of the three groups of patients during radiotherapy showed that(1)there was a grade 1 RIOM peak time: group A patients were delayed by 2 days compared with group B,and group A patients were delayed by 4 days compared with group C;2)Level 2 RIOM peak time: Group A patients were delayed by 4 days compared with Group B patients,Group A patients were delayed 7 days compared with Group C patients;(3)Grade 3 RIOM peak time occurred: Group A patients compared with Group B Patients were postponed for 5 days, group A was delayed by 10 days compared with group C;(4)grade 4 RIOM peak time occurred:group A patients were delayed 1 day compared with group B patients.A comparative study of the appearance time of grade 1,grade 2,and grade 3 RIOM was found to be statistically significant(P < 0.05).When patients had grade 4 RIOM,the time of occurrence of RIOM in group A was significantly different from that in group B and C(F=0.761,P=0.471).The results showed that the time of RIOM in all patients in group A was later than that in patients in group B and C,and the time from mild to severe RIOM was delayed, but the time of severe RIOM was similar in the three groups.4.The RIOM pain scores in the three groups of patients were compared. The average pain score of group A patients was lower than that of group B patients. The average pain score of group B patients was lower than that of group C patients. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)..5.The RIOM pain degree in the three groups of patients during radiotherapy was compared. The pain degree of group A was lighter than that of group B.The pain degree of group B was lighter than that of group C.The difference was statistically significant(Z=3.769,P=0.001)..Patients in group A had significantly less pain and mild pain than group B.Group B patients had significantly less pain and mild pain than group C.Group A had moderate to severe pain less than group C..6.In the three groups of patients, the location of RIOM during radiotherapy was compared, lip, soft palate, hard palate, sublingual, lingual, lingual, right cheek, and left cheek. The difference was not statistically significant(x2=0.887,P= 0.994).Conclusion:Rehabilitation new fluid,sputum-containing mixture and oral sputum sputum have certain effects on the protection of radioactive oral mucositis, but the new clinical treatment effect is better.According to this study, rehabilitation has a lowering effect on the incidence and severity of RIOM in patients with malignant tumors, effectively delaying the appearance of radioactive oral mucositis, reducing the incidence and severity of RIOM in malignant tumors, and reducing malignant tumors. The patient's pain of RIOM caused the patients with malignant tumors to successfully complete the follow-up radiotherapy plan, and there was no drug-related adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
