A Study On Intervention Effect Of Wuxing Jiao Tune Combined With Point Therapy On Post-Stroke Depression Patients

Objective To understand the current situation and understanding of the application of five elements music therapy in traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine to treat post-stroke depression,and to explore the effect of five elements music therapy combined with point therapy on post-stroke depression patients which to provide theoretical basis for clinical work.Methods In the first study,CNKI,VIP,WF,Cochrane Library,PubMed,was used as the main data source to retrieve all the clinical randomized controlled trials about the intervention of five elements music in patients with post-stroke depression.After strict screening,the results were analyzed by Meta using RevMan(Review manager 5.3)software;In the second study,117 patients with post-stroke depression were selected from the Department of Encephalopathy and Rehabilitation Department of the second affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the method of random number table,they were randomly divided into routine group.There were 39 cases in each group.The three groups were evaluated with Hamilton Depression scale(HAMD-17),Barthel index,clinical neurological deficit scale,serum 5-HT and NE levels before and after intervention.Results The results of study-1 Meta analysis showed that compared with routine group,drug group and blank control group,Wuxing music could improve the bad emotional state and improve the ability of daily living of patients with post-stroke depression;The second study:(1)After three weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference in HAMD-17 scores among the three groups(P < 0 05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that there was no significant difference in HAMD-17 scores before and after intervention in the routine group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in HAMD-17 score between point group and five elements music combined with point therapy group before and after intervention(P < 0.05).There was significant difference among the three groups after intervention(P < 0.05).(2)After three weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference in the BI index scores among the three groups(P < 0 05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that there was no significant difference in the scores of BI index before and after intervention in the routine group(P > 0.05).There was significant difference in the scores of BI index before and after intervention between point group and five elements music combined with point therapy group(P < 0 05).(3)After three weeks of intervention,there was a significant difference in the degree of neurological impairment among the three groups(P < 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that there was no significant difference in the degree of nerve function defect before and after intervention in the routine group(P > 0.05).There was a significant difference in the degree of nerve function defect between point group and five elements music combined with point therapy group before and after intervention(P < 0.05).(4)Three weeks after intervention,there was a significant difference in serum 5 HT and NE among the three groups(P < 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that there were significant differences in serum 5 HT and NE between the three groups before and after intervention(P < 0.05).Conclusion Meta analysis showed that the intervention of five elements music on patients with post-stroke depression had good clinical effect,but due to the limitations of the quality and quantity of literature included in this study,Therefore,this conclusion still needs to be verified by high-quality multi-center randomized double-blind controlled trial.In the second study,the intervention effect of five elements music combined with point therapy on post-stroke depression patients was definite,and it could significantly improve the bad emotional state of post-stroke depression patients.Improve the activity of daily life of patients and obviously reduce the degree of neurological impairment,meanwhile,the whole intervention therapy is economical and convenient,no adverse reactions and side effects.The intervention therapy adopts traditional Chinese medicine nursing method,which embodies the characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine nursing,and plays an active role in the rehabilitation of post-stroke depression patients.It can be widely used in families,hospitals and communities.
