Effects Of Acupuncture The Umbilical Ring Point Combined With Five Elements Music Therapy On Anxiety And Depression State In Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients Of Liver Qi Stagnation

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of acupuncture at umbilicus ring point of Zhuang medicine combined with five elements music therapy in improving anxiety and depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients of liver-qi stagnation,and to provide clinical reference for the treatment of such patients.Methods:102 patients with anxiety and depression in maintenance hemodialysis of liver-qi stagnation that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group,five elements music group and acupuncture combined with five elements music group,with 34 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group was treated with Flupentixol and Melitracen(Deanxit)alone;five elements music therapy was added in five elements music group on the basis of control group;and the acupuncture combined with five elements music group was treated by five elements music therapy on the basis of acupuncture group.The treatment duration of the three groups was 8 weeks.The three groups were scored by the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)at 0,4 and 8 weeks of treatment,and all patients were scored by TCM symptom scale at 0 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.Adverse reactions of the three groups were recorded in detail.After the course of treatment,SPSS23.0 software was used to statistically process the scores of all scales and the effects of acupuncture at the umbilicus ring point of Zhuang medicine combined with five elements music therapy on anxiety and depression in maintenance hemodialysis patients of liver-qi stagnation were analyzed.Results:(1)Clinical effect of traditional Chinese Medicine:the total effective rate of improving TCM symptoms after treatment was 70.59%in control group,81.82%in five elements music group and 93.75%in acupuncture combined with five elements music group.The difference among three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among them,the overall effect of five elements music group was higher than that of the control group,while the acupuncture combined with five elements music group was the best one(2)TCM symptom score:after treatment,the clinical symptoms and quality of life of the three groups were improved,and there were statistical differences before and after treatment in the three groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of five elements music group and acupuncture combined with five elements music group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between five elements music group and acupuncture combined with five elements music group(P>0.05),but the decreasing trend of TCM syndrome score in acupuncture combined with five elements music group was more obvious than that in five elements music group.(3)HAMA scale score:after treatment,the anxiety symptoms were improved in the three groups,and the comparison before and after treatment was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,acupuncture combined with five elements music group was superior to five elements music group,and the five elements music group was superior to control group,with significant difference(P<0.05)(4)HAMD scale score:the depression symptoms were improved in the three groups after treatment,and the scores were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the effect of acupuncture combined with five elements music group was the most obvious,followed by the five elements music group,the lowest in the control group(P<0.05).(5)PSQI scale score:the sleep situation of patients was improved and there was a statistical difference before and after treatment in the three groups(P<0.05)After treatment,the acupuncture combined with five elements music group was superior to the other two groups,and five elements music group was superior to the control group(P<0.05)Conclusion:(1)Acupuncture at umbilicus ring point combined with five elements music therapy can effectively alleviate the anxiety and depression of maintenance hemodialysis patients with anxiety and depression state of liver-qi stagnation,and improve their sleep quality.Its curative effect is better than that of Deanxit alone,which has a rapid onset and can reduce the side effects of Deanxit.(2)Acupuncture at umbilicus ring point combined with five elements music therapy can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of maintenance hemodialysis patients with liver-qi stagnation,and improve the quality of their life.Its effective rate of treatment is more significant and the safety is higher than that of Deanxit alone.
