| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of Jing Fang Jie Du prescription external washing in the treatment of rashes caused by Erlotinib,to study the improvement of rash symptoms in patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine external washing,to clarify the clinical value of Jing Fang Jie Du prescription external washing in the treatment of rashes caused by Erlotinib,to provide reference materials for the treatment of the side effects of Erlotinib Chinese medicine.MethodThe 54 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups,including the experimental group(Group A): external washing of Jing Fang Jie Du prescription + conventional protection guidance;Control group(group B): routine protection guidance.All patients were treated with a programme containing erlotinib.The experimental group washed about 30 minutes each time,twice a day,5D was a course of treatment,and a total of 15 d was used for 3 courses.The control group was given routine protection guidance.The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed,including the evaluation of the efficacy of rash,DLQI score,VAS and VRS.Results 1 Analysis of Rash Grading and Therapeutic Results in Two GroupsThe rash grade after treatment,was divided into 0,1,2,3,and 4 levels,the experimental group was 4,13,8,2,and 0,and the control group was 1,6,15,4,and 0 respectively.Rank sum test: Z =-2.537,P = 0.011<0.05,which can indicate that the difference was statistically significant,and the improved rash grading was better in the experimental group than in the control group.After the treatment,the rash was cured in the experimental group,4 cases were cured,1 case was remarkable curative,16 cases were effective,6 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 78 %.In the control group,1 case was cured,0 cases were effective,11 cases were remarkable curative,14 cases were ineffective,and the effective rate was 46 %.After the rank sum test: Z =-2.564,P = 0.010,the difference was statistically significant.The effective treatment of rash in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.2 Result analysis of two groups of pruritus gradesThe itching grade after treatment,was divided into 0,1,2,and 3 levels,the experimental group was 14,10,2,and 1 cases respectively;The control group were 7,11,6 and 2 cases respectively After the rank sum test: Z =-2.096,P = 0.036,the difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the itching grade in the experimental group was improved,better than the control group.3 Analysis of Pain Grading Results in Two GroupsThe pain grade after the treatment,with 19 cases in level 0,6 cases in level 1 and 2 cases level 1 in the experimental group.In control group,there were 16 cases in level 0,9 cases in level 1,and 1 case in level 2.There were no cases of level 3 for pain grade in the two groups.After the rank and balance test: Z =-0.536,P = 0.592,there was no statistical difference.After treatment,the experimental group was not better than the control group.4 Analysis of Quality of Life Results in Two GroupsThe improvement of the quality of life in the two groups,in the experimental group increased by 12 cases and stabilized by 15 cases.The control group increased by 3 cases and stabilized by 23 cases.There were no cases of decreased living therapy.After rank and test,Z =-2.633,P = 0.008<0.05,The difference was statistically significant.The improvement of quality of life in the experimental group was better than that in the control group.Conclusion1.Jing Fang Jie Du prescription for external use can effectively reduce the level of the rash associated with Erlotinib.2.Jing Fang Jie Du prescription for external use can significantly reduce the skin itch level,improve the quality of life of patients.3.Jing Fang Jie Du prescription for external use can simply operate,safely use medicine,and has no obvious side effects,which has a good prospect of application. |
