Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Changyu Enema In The Treatment Of Large Intestine Damp-heat Ulcerative Colitis And Its Correlation With Fecal Lactoferrin

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Changyu Enema in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat Type Ulcerative Colitis and the evaluation of clinical efficacy by the fecal lactoferrin.Meanwhile,exploring the correlation between fecal lactoferrin and Colonoscopy showed in patients with ulcerative colitis and affirming the fecal lactoferrin can be used as a more objective indicator to detect changes(relapse or relief)in patients.Methods: Selecting 60 cases of Ulcerative Colitis who in the Department of Anus and intestine of the first affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of traditional Chinese Medicine From August 2017 to December 2018,They were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases(Changyu enema group)and control group 30 cases(mesalazine group)and Appropriate treatment was given.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The Mayo score、TCM symptom score、 Baron endoscopy score、ESR、CRP、the curative effect of TCM syndromes and comprehensive curative effect were observed and recorded before and after treatment in order to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the patients.The changes of fecal lactoferrin before and after treatment were also observed and recorded.Results:(1).After treatment,the Mayo scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01),and the intergroup comparison after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2).After treatment,the TCM symptom integral of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01),and the intergroup comparison after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(3).After treatment,Baron endoscopic scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01),and the intergroup comparison after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(4).After treatment,the level of ESR and the CRP of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01),and intergroup comparison indicated that the level of ESR and CRP of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5).After treatment,Comparison of curative effect and comprehensive curative effect of TCM syndrome between the two groups,The results suggest that the treatment group Was superior to the control group(P<0.05).(6).After treatment,the LF of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and there was significant difference(P<0.01),and the intergroup comparison after treatment showed that the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(7)Fecal lactoferrin was highly correlated with mucosal manifestations of ulcerative colitis(r=0.823,P<0.01),and was superior to the CRP(r=0.652,P<0.01)and ESR(r=0.447,P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The curative effect of Changyu Enema prescription retention Enema in the treatment of large intestine damp-heat Type Ulcerative Colitis was definite,and fecal lactoferrin could be used to evaluate its clinical effect.(2)The change of fecal lactoferrin level can reflect the intestinal mucosal damage in patients with ulcerative colitis and make up for the deficiency of enteroscopy.
