Clinical Observation On Enema With Wang's Kuijie Enema Recipe For Patients Of Active Ulcerative Colitis (Amp-heat Type Of Large Intestine)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of mild to moderate active ulcerative colitis(large intestine damp-heat type)treated by enema with Wang's Kuijie Enema Recipe.Methods: 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional Chinese medicine enema group and mesalazine enema group,a group of 20 patients.In the traditional Chinese medicine enema group,oral mesalazine enteric-coated tablets(trade name: Sal0falk;specification: 0.5g;registration number: H20100110)and Wang's Kuijie Enema Recipe were used for enema.Mesalazine enema group was treated with oral Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets and Mesalazine enemas(trade name: Salford;specification 60g;registration number: H20150127).A total of four weeks.The improved Mayo score and TCM symptom efficacy score of the two groups were recorded before and after the treatment.Electronic colonoscopy was performed and Baron mucosa grade was evaluated by doctors.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared by SPSS software.Result: 1?Clinical response rate and clinical remission rate:According to the modified Mayo score,after treatment18 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine enema group entered the remission stage,of which 14 were clinically effective,the clinical effective rate was 70%,the patient of clinical remission was 4,the clinical remission rate was 20%.16 patients in the mesalazine enema group entered the remission stage.the patient ofclinical effective was 10,the clinical effective rate was 50%,the patient of clinical remission was 6,and the clinical remission rate was 30%.and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).2?Improved Mayo activity index:After treatment,the improved Mayo activity index of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment.There was significant difference within the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).3?Baron mucosal grade score:After treatment,the Baron mucosal grade score of the two groups was significantly improved compared with that before treatment.There was significant difference within the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).4?Integral of TCM Syndrome:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.There was significant difference within the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05).5?TCM syndrome curative effect evaluation:After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine enema group achieved clinical recovery in 3 cases,marked effect in 9 cases,effective in 6 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,while the mesalazine enema group achieved clinical recovery in 1 case,marked effect in 4 cases,effective in 11 cases and ineffective in 4 cases.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6?After treatment,the symptoms scores of diarrhea and pus and blood stool in the two groups were significantly improved,and there was significant difference within the two groups(P < 0.01),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05);the symptoms scores of abdominal pain,itenesmus,anus symptoms,short red urine,abdominal distension in the two groups were also significantly improved,and the differences within the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.01).The difference was also statistically significant(P < 0.05)between the two groups.7?There were no adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion: Both Wang's Kuijie Enema Recipe and mesalazine enema are effective in the treatment of mild and moderate active ulcerative colitis.They can effectively relieve the symptoms of diarrhea,pus and bloody stool symptoms.Compared with mesalazine enema,they can relieve the concomitant symptoms of abdominal pain,tenesmus,anus symptoms,short red urine,abdominal distension,and are safer and economical.
