Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint " Tongjing prescription",the "simple McGill pain questionnaire" and " infrared imaging temperature measurement" were used as observation indicators. In order to formulate a standardized and good treatment course of acupuncture and moxibustion characteristic technology combination scheme for the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and provide necessary objective basis for clinical promotion and application. Methods:Select the primary dysmenorrhea patients in the outpatient department of the State Medical Hall of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and select 60 patients who meet the criteria of this study according to the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. All patients are treated with acupuncture and moxibustion.Intervention was started 10 days before the menstrual cycle, once every 2 days, until menstruation, one menstrual cycle was a course of treatment, with a total of 3 courses of treatment.McGill questionnaire was conducted before and after treatment, and infrared thermography temperature of small abdomen was measured every time menstruation occurred after intervention.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used to analyze the scoring results and evaluate its efficacy. Results:By comparing the basic data before treatment,PRI index,VAS score and infrared temperature between the treatment group and the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.1?Among the 60 patients,11 cases were cured in the treatment group,16 cases were significantly effective,2 cases were effective, and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 96.67%.In the control group,5 cases were cured,12 cases showed significant effect,10 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 90.00%.2?After 3 menstrual cycles, the PRI and VAS indexes were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the temperature of the lower abdomen of the two groups increased after each menstruation, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement oftemperature in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).3?After intervention, the temperature of the body surface of the lower abdomen showed that the temperature of the Guanyuan(CV4)was the highest, followed by the Guilai(ST29)and the lowest in the Zhongji(CV3).This indicated that the treatment group had better analgesic effect than the control group. Conclusion:The optimized "Tongjing prescription" group has a high curative effect in treating primary dysmenorrhea, and can be used as a promotion program for clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.1?The intervention of "Tongjing prescription" by acupoints can effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with primary dysmenorrhea and improve the quality of life of women with dysmenorrhea.2?By adding acupuncture points and manipulation, the curative effect of "Penetrating method from zhibian(BL54)to shuidao(ST28)" acupuncture in treating primary dysmenorrhea was improved, and blood perfusion of uterus was effectively improved.
