Effect Of "Zhibian Point (BL54)to Shuidao Point(ST28)" Acupuncture On Semen Quality In Rats With Oligospermia

Objective:To explore the effect of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point" acupuncture on semen treatment in oligozoospermia rats,analyze its stimulation time,select the best stimulation method,and provide experimental basis for clinical treatment of oligozoospermia.Methods:Sixty adult male SD rats were randomly divided into six groups with 10 rats in each group: blank group(group A),model group(group B),ordinary acupuncture group(bilateral Shenshu)group(group C)."Rank side permeable channel"(bilateral)group(group D),"Zhibian point to Shuidao point"(bilateral every other day)group(group E),electro-acupuncture "Zhibian point to Shuidao point" group(bilateral every other day)group(group F),except the blank group was given the same volume of saline intragastrically.Group B,group C,group D,group E and group F were given adenine intragastrically according to the body weight of adenine 20mg/100 g for 28 days.The following day,the acupuncture intervention was started,except the blank group and the model group,only the binding,the C group,the D group,the E group,the F group and the continuous acupuncture intervention were taken for 28 days;the kidney,the testis,the epididymis organ and the organ coefficient were compared;and the sperm density and the sperm activity rate were observed under the microscope.The changes of the tissue structure were observed under the microscope,and the changes of sex hormone levels in rats(T,FSH,LH,and GnRH)were detected.Results:1.The general observation showed that the hair of rats blew up,curled up,the amount of activity decreased,the amount of drinking water increased,the initial change of body weight of rats was not significant,and the change of body weight in the previous four weeks was not obvious.On the 35 th day,the body weight of the blank group was different from that of the other five groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).2.Through the comparison of organ weight in each group,it was found that the weight of kidney in blank group was different from that in the other five groups(P < 0.01),and the weight of testicles,epididymis and adrenal gland in blank group was higher than that in the other five groups.After comparing the organ coefficient of each group,it was found that the organ coefficient of kidney,testes and epididymis in the blank group was higher than that in the other five groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).3.The sperm density of the blank group was significantly higher than that of other groups.The sperm concentration in the model group was significantly lower than that in the other four groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);C).It was found that the sperm density level in group F was higher than that in group C(P < 0.05).There was significant difference between group E and group F(P < 0.01).Compared with the other five groups,the sperm motility of the blank group was significantly different from that of the other five groups(P < 0.01).The sperm motility of the blank group was significantly different from that of the other five groups(P < 0.01).Compared with the other four groups,the sperm motility level of the other four groups was lower than that of the other four groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in sperm motility between the other three groups and the other three groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Compared with group F,the sperm motility level of group D was different from that of group F,and the level of sperm motility of group F was higher than that of group D.Compared with group F,the sperm motility of group E was significantly lower than that of group F(P < 0.01).4.Compared with the other five groups,the testosterone level in the blank group was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01.the difference between the),B group and the other four groups was statistically significant(P < 0.001),and the testosterone level in the blank group was the highest,which was significantly higher than that in the other five groups(P < 0.01).The testosterone level was the lowest.Compared with the other five groups,the level of LH in the blank group was significantly different from that in the other five groups(P < 0.01),and the level of LH in the model group was significantly different from that in the other four groups.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).There was significant difference in gonadotropin between the blank group and the other five groups(P < 0)..01).There was no difference in the levels of follicular stimulating hormone among the three groups.5.The testicular sections of each group were changed,and the testicular sections of the blank group were compared with those of the other 5 groups,and the spermatogenic function of the other five groups was damaged.Conclusion:1.The therapeutic effect of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point" acupuncture method onoligozoospermia in rats is better than that of ordinary acupuncture group,and can improve semen quality.2.The regulating effect of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point" acupuncture on the Hypothalamic-pituitary-testicular axis of rats is dominated by the regulation of testosterone.3.The intervention effect of acupuncture in the group of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point"(bilateral every other day)was better than that of the group of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point" every other day,and the comprehensive stimulation effect of acupuncture of "Zhibian point to Shuidao point"(bilateral every other day)group had the most obvious effect on the semen quality of oligozoospermia in rats.
