Correlation Analysis On Emotional Factors Of Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Objective: Study on the relationship between irritable bowel syndrome and emotional factorsMethod:(1)The seven emotions rating scale of modern performance assessment of irritable bowel syndrome patients,understand TCM achieve its relationship with IBS,and further analysis of IBS patients with different degree of gender,age,culture and the relationship between the seven emotions.(2)Anxiety and depression of different types of irritable bowel syndrome were evaluated by Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)and Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and the anxiety and depression index of IBS patients in different gender,age and education level were analyzed through statistical analysis.(3)The relationship between each type of IBS and the score of SCL-90 was evaluated by the Symptom Checklist 90.Result:(1)In this study,the QAS score of fear was the highest,followed by surprise,thought and worry.(2)In this study,The scores of Nu,Bei,Kong and Jing were lower in men than in women;engaged in mental work positive emotion QAS score was lower than that of manual workers;and other negative emotions,Nu QAS score was higher than that of manual workers;Kong and Jing are high in young people,Si and You are high in the elderly,Nu is the highest in QAS at 30-39,40-49,and two ages;The QAS scores of Si,Kong,You and Jing increase with the increase of education level,while Nu is the opposite;The QAS score of Si and You increased with the increase of the course of disease,while the opposite of Xi was contrary;IBS-D have high QAS scores of Jing and Kong,IBS-C have high QAS scores of Si and You.(3)In this study,the anxiety and depression index of male and manual labor patients were lower than that of women and mental workers.The higher the age,the degree of culture and the higher the patients with the disease,the higher the anxiety and depression index.IBS-D patients had higher anxiety scores than other types of patients,while IBS-C patients were more depressed than other types of patients.The anxiety and depression index of Ganyupixu and Ganyuqizhi were all higher than other syndromes.(4)IBS-D patients had high scores of anxiety and terror factors,while those with IBS-C had the highest scores of depression factors.The scores of somatization,depression and mental factors in patients with Ganyupixu and Ganyuqizhi were high.The scores of anxiety factors in patients with Ganyupixu and Pixushizu were higher.(5)Nu,Kong,You and anxiety score were significantly correlated,the Correlation Coefficients were 0.23,0.77,0.35;Nu,Si,Bei,Kong,You and Jing were significantly correlated with depression scores,and the Correlation Coefficients were 0.38,0.78,0.24,0.21,0.31,0.2.(6)Somatization factors were significantly correlated with Si(0.19),Kong(0.22)and Jing(0.28);Obsessive compulsive symptoms were significantly correlated with Si(0.48)and You(0.51);Interpersonal relationship factors were correlated with Nu(0.29),Si(0.2.),Bei(0.19)and You(0.20);Depressive factors were correlated with Nu(0.28),Si(0.62),Bei(0.24)and You(0.37);Anxiety factors were correlated with Nu(0.39),Kong(0.74),You(0.34),and Jing(0.57);Hostility factor were correlated with Nu(0.89),Xi(-0.49),Si(-0.54),Kong(-0.25)and You(-0.27);Fear factor were correlated with Kong(0.84),You(0.65),Xi(-0.25);Paranoid factors were correlated with Si(0.44),Kong(0.23),You(0.57),Xi(-0.28);Spiritual factors were correlated with Si(0.25),You(0.47),and Xi(-0.34).Conclusion:(1)The relationship between IBS and emotion is most closely related to Kong and Jing,followed by You and Si.IBS-D is closely related to Kong and Jing.IBS-C is closely related to Si and You.(2)In IBS patients,sex,age,educational level,work nature,and course of disease were related to emotion.(3)Among the IBS patients,the risk of anxiety and depression is higher among female patients and mental workers.The higher the age,the higher education level and the longer the course of disease,the higher the risk of anxiety and depression.The risk of anxiety and depression in patients with Changdaozaore and Piweishire was lower than that of other patients.(4)The anxiety of IBS-D patients was more obvious than that of other patients,and the depression of IBS-C patients was more obvious than that of other patients.In patients with Ganyupixu and Ganyuqizhi,the symptoms of somatic discomfort and depression were more obvious,while those of patients with Ganyuqizhi and Pixushizu were more anxious.(5)There was a positive correlation between Nu,Kong,You and anxiety score;Nu,Si,Bei,Kong,You and Jing were positively correlated with depression scores.(6)Somatization factor is positively related to Si,Kong and You;The symptoms of compulsion are positively related to Si and You;Interpersonal relationship factors are positively correlated with anger,thinking,sadness and worry;Depressive factor is positively related to Nu,Si,Bei and You;Anxiety factors are positively related to Nu,Kong,You and Jing;Hostile factors are positively correlated with Nu,but negatively related to Xi,Si,Kong and You;Fear factor is positively correlated with Kong and You,but negatively related to Xi;Paranoid factors are positively correlated with Si,Kong and You,but negatively related to Xi;Spiritual factors are positively correlated with Si and You,but negatively related to Xi.
