Objective:Through the"Braden Assessment Table","evaluation of risk factors of pressure sores in operation patients the application of evaluation in operation of patients with severe operation in operating room was compared,and the predictive expression ability of two kinds of assessment tables for acquired injury was evaluated.Explore the risk factors of acquired injury in surgery and analyze the causes,Using early identification of high-risk patients,in order to reduce the incidence of acquired injury in patients with severe surgery,to make professional prevention plan,to provide practical assessment tools for effective preventive measures,to ensure the rational utilization of medical resources and to realize the goal of patient safety management in the operating room,the analysis of the risk factors is the reason.Methods:Using the method of prospective cohort study,the sample adopts convenient sampling method,the object of which is 100 cases of severe operation in the operating room of one of the three hospitals in Taiyuan City from June 2017 to February 2018,in which the male 61 cases,accounting for 61%,female 39 cases,accounting for 39%;age in 1890,The average 56.15±3.131 years old;The surgical departments involved include:Cardiac surgery 32,general surgery 24 cases,orthopedic 17 cases,thoracic Surgery 12cases,obstetrics and gynecology 7 cases,urinary surgery 6 cases,neurosurgery 2 cases.respectively,"Braden Assessment Table","Operation patients risk factor assessment table"for evaluation,postoperative observation period of 72 hours,record the patient's clinical data and assessment data,each assessment table risk factors variable using spss22.0 software to establish two logistic regression model and multivariate linear regression model.Results:1.The incidence of acquired injury during operation was 3.516.5 hours;1 stage pressure Sore 17 cases,the operation time is?7 hours,2 stage pressure sore 4 cases,deep organization injury 1 cases,the operation time is?8.5 hours;The incidence rate of pressure sore is 22%,after postoperative decompression nursing,in 12 hours,The incidence of postoperative pressure ulcer in patients decreased to 5%.2.Variable significance test the multivariate linear regression model was used to obtain 12 variables with very high significant levels.Braden Assessment Table"4:Perceptual significant differences between the two groups of patients with pressure sores and those without pressure sores,the results showed that the two kinds of scales could identify the high-risk patients,and the accuracy of the prediction was analyzed by logistic regression classification table:"Braden assessment table"80%,"The risk factor assessment table of the pressure ulcer of the operation patients"were 83%.Conclusion:1."The risk factor assessment table of the pressure ulcer of the operation patients"is better in predicting the acquired injury in the patients with severe surgery:through regression modeling and logistic regression analysis of the two kinds of puras,the evaluation index of the risk factors of the pressure ulcer of the operation patients was found.The risk factors in the operation of the evaluation indicators of professional good,the description is more accurate and the prediction ability is higher."Braden Assessment table"Although there is a statistically significant difference between the two groups of pressure sores and those without pressure sores in the score,the evaluation project focuses more on the preoperative state,and the recommended to use"The Risk factor assessment table of the pressure ulcer of the Operation patient",which avoids the blindness of the nurses'prevention,can make the individualized prevention plan according to the patient's evaluation content,and give the correct preventive measures,so as to play a real preventive effect.To realize the management of the safety objective of patients with severe operation in operating room.2.The"Risk factor assessment table for patients with surgical pressure ulcers"highlights the common parts of postural and surgical acquired injuries,can better guide the operating room nurses to do prevention work in advance:In this study,the location of acquired injury was mainly in the face,forehead,jaw,1 cases of deep tissue injury to male right breast The posture is mainly prone position,front flush prone position,slope lying position.This suggests that we should pay attention to these three kinds of posture and important parts in the protection of surgical posture,and do the effective protective measures.3.The project content of the assessment form is the main prevention point that nurses in operating room need to pay special attention to:through analysis,the age factor of the patient,the time of operation,the skin type of the pressure point,the combined action of the Operation Posture and the external force exerted by the surgery,the amount of blood loss Anesthesia factors induce low body temperature in patients with acquired injury risk factors,given practical preventive measures to improve the effectiveness of the work,at the same time in the patient's skin handover work,evaluation of the project guidance also better carry out the operating room and the ICU work interface,True to achieve the operation of the operating room to obtain sexual injury safety management objectives.
