Objective:To achieve the comprehensive evaluation of quality of each enterprises Q-ingrejiedu tablets and capsules by establishing methods of content determination an-d specific chromatogram.And by using the diffusion method to test the sensitivity of the respiratory and digestive tract pathogenic bacteria of different batches and batchs of samples from various enterprises,the results of biological activity test rational of specific chromatograms to evaluate the Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules and it also pr-ovide theoretical basis for the improvement of quality of Qingrejiedu tablets and caps-ules.Methods:First of all,it was used HPLC to analyze the content of the Qingrejiedu tabl-ets and capsules,We determine the content of gentianin,gardenoside,baicalin,and ha-banoside in Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules by Multi-components quantitation by on-e marker.The data of experiment will be treated by data processing software,to explor-e sample problems of manufacturer Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules in markets.And ones again,the specific chromatograms were to analysis samples quality.Basing on th-e study of specific chromatograms the Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules fungicidal act-ivity′s study.By selecting the initial screening of the full degree of the chromatograp-hic peaks of various dosage forms,We determinated the sensitive degree of respirator-y and digestive tract pathogenic bacteria of the Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules from various enterprises by selecting the good samples of chromatographic peak integrity.F-inally,by combining the test indexes chemical and chromatographic,it further clarifies the material basis for efficacy of Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules.Results:By the HPLC and HPLC specific chromatograms measured content of the activity cmponents of Traditional Chinese medicine in different enterprises Qingrejie du tablets and capsules.these included scutellaria,honeysuckle,radix,gentian and gard-enia.And we find that there have significant differences of content in between batche-s in different manufacturer.HPLC specific chromatograms estimate the whole quality of Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules.And the biological activity experiments showedthat the samples have a certain degree bacteriostasis for the three kinds of strains included staphylococcus aureus,escherichia coli and bacillus subtilis.Conclusion:There are many differences on the overall quality about Qingrejiedu tablets and capsules the methods for determination of the content and for HPLC specific chromatograms and connection with biological activity indexes are credib-le,it can provide the improvement reference of the quality standard of Qingrejiedu tablets And capsules.
