Omics informally refers to a field of study in biology ending in-omics, such as genomics, proteomics, transcriptomics or metabolomics. Omics is a general term for a broad discipline of science and engineering for analyzing the interactions of biological information objects in various’omes’.This thesis evaluated and investigated tianshu capsules based on HPLC fingerprinting, which have been studied seriously and systemically in this thesis and had good results.We successfully evaluated the tianshu capsules based on HPLC platform which were high performance, rapid, and reliable. Each sample could be distinguished by this method and we found the compound which retention time was30.4min played an important role in the quality of tianshu capsules.After purified and compared with UV spectrum and MS spectrum, the compound which retention time was30.4min was Senkyunolide I. senkyunolide-I may be the major active compounds in tianshu capsules which showed stronger antimigraine and anti-oxidant activity. As it was related to fingerprinting similarity, that was related to quality of tainshu capsules, the limited content of senkyunolide-I should be defined.This thesis established a HPLC-DAD Method for simultaneous determination of Paracetamol, Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride, Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide and Chlorphenamine Maleate in Fenmameimin Tablets.
