Study Of The Distribution Regularity Of TCM Syndromes In Patients With Vulvar Dystrophy And Correlative Factor

Objective:To study the distribution of TCM syndromes of vulvar dystrophy and the factors influencing the distribution of syndromes.Methods:From December 2016 to December 2017,a questionnaire survey(including basic information questionnaire,symptom and tongue pulse collection table)was conducted among 220 patients with vaginal malnutrition who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria in the Department of Gynecology outpatient and inpatient Department of Shanxi traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.The factors related to the health of vulvar dystrophy women were investigated by questionnaire.The basic data of patients and TCM syndromes were collected.After a strict examination of the questionnaire,the distribution of TCM syndromes of vulvar dystrophy and the factors influencing the distribution of syndromes were analyzed.Results:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes of vulvar malnutrition is: kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome(55.91%),liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome(20.45%),liver meridian syndrome(14.55%),spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome(7.27%),and blood deficiency syndrome(0.18%).Therefore,this disease is mainly related to liver,spleen and kidney,with liver and kidney disease.(P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant)2.Vulvae malnutrition patients with TCM syndrome distribution and age,environment temperature,food taste,health situation and history of vaginitis and underwear material,grasps both correlation(P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant).3.Vulvae malnutrition patients with TCM syndrome distribution and to live,work,culture degree,smoking,drinking and sanitary napkin material,past medical history(including skin history,history of allergies and genital surgery),menstruation,maternal history,family history of down color,quality,taste and no correlation(P > 0.05,no statistically significant difference).4.Vulvae malnutrition distribution of syndromes associated with patients' age(column contact Cc = 0.179);Associated with the environment temperature(column contact Cc = 0.195);Associated with dietary tastes(column contact Cc = 0.197);Associated with the health situation(column contact Cc = 0.244);Associated with underwear material(column contact Cc = 0.220);Associated with down quantity(column contact Cc = 0.198);Associated with history of vaginitis(column connection number Cc =0.196).Conclusion:1.The distribution of TCM syndromes of vulva malnutrition is from high to low:kidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome,liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome,liver meridian heat syndrome,spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,blood deficiency and dryness syndrome.Therefore,this disease is mainly related to liver,spleen and kidney,with liver and kidney disease.2.The distribution of the TCM syndromes of vulva malnutrition is related to the patient's age,environmental temperature,diet taste,health condition and underwear material,and the history of undergird and vaginitis.3.Vulvae malnutrition in TCM syndrome distribution and with the patient to live,work,culture degree,smoking,drinking and sanitary napkin material,past medical history(including skin history,history of allergies and genital surgery),menstruation,maternal history,family history of down color,quality,taste and no correlation.
