Clinical Study Of Tcm Syndrome Characteristics Before And After TACE Intervention In Patients With Primary Liver Cancer

Objective: According This study was to observe the distribution and transformation of symptoms and signs of TCM syndrome before and after TACE intervention,and analyzed by hierarchical clustering.It reveals the characteristics of TCM syndrome changes before and after interventional therapy for patients with liver cancer,and provides a scientific basis for syndrome differentiation and treatment of liver cancer after interventional therapy.Methods: In this study,Patients with liver cancer surgery and 83 interventional patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in the study by retrospective pre-and post-control methods.Baseline data collection was based on the “Guidelines for Clinical Research of New Drugs in Traditional Chinese Medicine”.A retrospective medical record questionnaire for the differentiation of liver cancer before and after intervention,and a quantitative Quantification Table for primary liver cancer symptoms(recorded as 0,1,2,and 3 points according to the severity of symptoms).The liver cancer syndrome collection was divided into 2 times,one day before intervention 1 day before intervention.After the observation,the data of the primary liver cancer questionnaire was input into SPSS23.0 software for data management,and the symptoms and signs were analyzed by hierarchical clustering,and the number of each syndrome was counted.Finally,the syndrome frequency and score table were imported into the data.Perform statistical analysis.Results: Among the 55 variables,frequency of pre-interval patient variables such as fatigue,mouth pain,chest pain,abdominal distension,flank tingling,urinary yellow red,poor appetite,pulse string,and purple lips were >20%..After intervention,the frequency of fever,nausea and vomiting,chest pain,and flank tingling in the 55 variables were >40%,and the symptoms and signs of the patients were similar and concentrated after intervention.Yuqi stagnation syndrome,blood stasis syndrome,dampness syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome,yin deficiency syndrome,statistical results before and after intervention suggest that the changes of TCM syndromes have certain regularity.Conclusion: Compared with the TACE,Jian Pi Jie Du Qu Yu method combined with TACE curing primary liver cancer does show better clinical efficacy.It reveals the advantages in depressing tumor growth,relieving the clinical symptom,and improving the quality of life of patients.It proved an effective method to treat the primary liver cancer.
