Observation Of Clinical Curative Effect Of Danzhi Xiaoyao San On Fever And Abdominal Pain After TACE Operation Of Liver Cancer

Objective:Through observing the Chinese medicine Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder in the treatment of primary liver cancer TACE postoperative embolization syndrome,to provide a solution that combining the traditional Chinese and westerm medicine treatment of postoperative adverse reactions of liver cancer.Methods:40 patients were admitted to the liver disease institute of the first affiliated hospital of Hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine,and being divided into treatment group and control group randomly,each group of 20 patients.Control to conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group to the oral Chinese medicine Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder treatment on the basis of western medicine treatment?Results:1.The efficacy evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine group total effective rate was 85%,the control effective rate was 60%,two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Symptoms curative effect evaluation:Chinese traditional medicine group of patients after interventional symptoms such as fever,abdominal pain(liver area pain)degree and the duration of the control group significantly statistical difference(P<0.05).3.The TCM syndrome integral:after treatment of TCM symptom score decreased,compared with before treatment,two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).the treatment group was better than the control group was better than the control group in the improvement of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anodyne and fatigue,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).4.Biochemical response:after treatment,ALT,AST and TBIL were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),while no significant change was observed in ALB(P>0.05).The comparison between the two groups was better than the control group(P=0.049<0.05).Conclusion:Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder in improving primary liver cancer TACE postoperative embolization syndrome such as fever,abdominal pain in patients with primary liver cancer has certain advantages,and can shorten the duration of embolization syndrome,improve patient quality of life,at the same time a certain extent,reduce the patients with liver inflammation,Dan Zhi xiaoyao powder to change the conventional TACE postoperative patients with liver cancer treatment has a positive role.
