Objective To investigate the distribution of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in cancer tissues, adjacent non-tumor tissues and peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and its relationship with clinicopathological factors in patients with HCC.Methods Fresh cancer tissues,non-tumor tissues 1 cm away from cancer tissues, peripheral blood were collected from 30 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)underwent surgical resection for the first time from December 2017 to October 2018 in the 900 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Team, along with 30 volunteers'Peripheral blood samples as a control group. The percentage of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in total CD4~+T cells was detected by flow cytometry, and the relationship between the percentage of LAP~+CD4~+T cells and clinicopathological factors in patients with HCC was analyzed. Results the percentage of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues of patients with HCC was(11.57%±1.59%),(5.74%±0.89%),there was significant difference between the two groups.(P<0.001);The percentage of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in total CD4~+T cells in adjacent non-tumor tissues was higher than that in peripheral blood samples of patients with HCC(5.13%±0.84%).(P=0.037<0.05);The proportion of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in peripheral blood of patients with HCC was significantly higher than that in the control group.(5.13%±0.84%vs.2.91%±0.10%,P<0.001);The proportion of LAP+CD4+T cells in cancer tissues of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma was correlated with tumor TNM stage, tumor size and tumor differentiation.(P<0.05).Conclusion The proportion of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in cancer tissues, adjacent non-tumor tissues and peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma increased significantly, especially in cancer tissues, and the proportion of LAP~+CD4~+T cells in cancer tissues was parallel to TNM stage, tumor size and tumor differentiation in patients with HCC.These results suggest that LAP~+CD4~+T cells play an important role in the progression of hepatocellular carcinoma.
