Objective:To observe the clinical significance of colonic transit test in the classification and treatment of chronic functional constipation.Methods:1.The clinical data of 65 patients with chronic constipation from June 2017 to September 2018 in the Department of Gastroenterology, the outpatient department of gastrointestinal surgery and the inpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College were retrospectively analyzed.Among them, there were 17 males and 48 females aged 14?83(49.8±16.2)years.Sixty-five patients with chronic functional constipation were taken orally with one gastrointestinal motility marker capsule under normal diet.48 hours later, abdominal stereotopic examination was performed to observe the distribution of barium ring marker in segmental colon,so as to further clarify the classification of functional constipation.2.After definite classification, patients with outlet obstruction underwent further defecography, and those with rectocele and internal prolapse combined with circular mixed hemorrhoids were treated with stapler and circular mucosal resection and nailing;the patients with slow transmission were given oral lactulose solution 15ml twice a day, mosapride tablets 5mg three times a day, oral moxifen solution 20ml,three times a day,and pre-meal.Oral administration;patients with mixed and normal transit constipation were given defecation training and the combination of the three drugs was given at the same time.5 8 cases were followed up successfully and 7 cases were lost. After 4 weeks of treatment, the defecation frequency, defecation type and defecation difficulty of patients with different constipation types were observed to evaluate the efficacy. At the same time, the patient assessment of constipation quality of lifequestionnaire(PAC-QOL)scores of patients before and after treatment were compared.Results:1.Among the 65 patients,32 were slow transit type,13 were outlet obstruction type,2 were mixed type and 18 were normal colon transit function;2.58 cases were followed up successfully and 7 cases were lost. After 4 weeks of treatment, the frequency of defecation, the characteristics of stool and the degree of difficulty in defecation of patients with various functional constipation types were improved, and the treatment was effective;3.58 cases were followed up successfully and 7 cases were lost. After 4 weeks of treatment, the total mean score of the patient assessment of constipation quality of lifequestionnaire(PAC-QOL)decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Colonic transit test is of great value in the classification and treatment of chronic functional constipation, and can provide reference for the standardized clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
