The Clinical Research Of Xiaozhong Huoxue Tang On The Treatment Of Elderly Patients With Intertrochanteric Fracture Of Femur(IFF)Surgery

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect and the mechanism of the effect of Xiaozhong Huoxue tang by by researching the treatment of Xiaozhong Huoxue tang on elderly patients with Intertrochanteric Fracture of Femur(IFF)surgery(Blood Stasis Syndrome).To find more effective treatment to prevent from complications provide evidence of evidence-based medicine for clinical decision making.Methods:During the period from October 2017 to December 2018,90 patients with IFF were collectted in the orthopedics department,According to diagnostic criteria,Inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.Those 90 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups:group A(treated by Western medicine)and group B(treated by Western medicine plus traction)and each group included 45 cases.And then evaluated the two treatment options by observating VAS scores,blood coagulation and facial swelling at different time points during the treatment and Harris scores 2 weeks later.At the same time,analyze the pathogenesis of complications.Results:1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,the P value of the prothrombin time of the patients in the two groups were lower than 0.05,which was statistically significant.And the means of prothrombin time of group B was more than group A,we think that group B was better than group A in anticoagulation effect.1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,the P value of the VAS scores of the patients in the two groups were lower than 0.05,which was statistically significant.And the means of VAS scores of group B was less than group A,we think that group B was better than group A in relieving pain.1 week and 2 weeks after treatment,the P value of the thigh circumferences of the patients in the two groups were lower than 0.05,which was statistically significant.And the means of thigh circumferences of group B was less than group A,we think that group B was better than group A in subsidence of a swelling.2 weeks after treatment,the P value of the Harris scores of the patients in the two groups were lower than 0.05,which was statistically significant.And the median of Harris score of group B was less than group A,we think that group B was better than group A in recovery function.The total efficiency of the two groups were statistically significant after 2 weeks' treatment,P=0.045<0.05,and the effective rate of group B(95.56%)was higher than group A(82.22%).We believe that the treatment of Chinese medicine plus Western medicine was better than that of Western medicine plus traction.Conclusion:The treatment of Xiaozhong Huoxue tang plus Western medicine was better than that of Western medicine in improve the coagulation function,relieving the pain,reducing swelling and restoring hip joint function of elderly patients with IFF surgery(Blood Stasis Syndrome),showing that Xiaozhong Huoxue tang has exact clinical effect on elderly patients with IFF surgery(Blood Stasis Syndrome).Chinese medicine treatment improved the hip joint function.We believe that Deep Vein Thrombosis(DVT)was caused by injurirs of venous walls,slow blood flow and high blood coagulation state.
