The Clinical Efficacy Research Of Treatment And Prevention Of Guizhi Fuling Bolus In Endometrial Polyps With Blood Stasis After Hysteroscopic Operation

ObjectiveThe purpose of this clinical efficacy research is to observe the clinical effectiveness of Guizhi Fuling bolus in endometrial polyps with blood stasis after hysteroscopic operation.Assess the effectiveness of postoperative medications by observing preoperative and postoperative hemoglobin,endometrial thickness,echo,number and size of polyps,menstrual flow,transit time,accompanying symptoms,and changes in TCM syndromes.The therapeutic effect is to provide a reference for clinical treatment.MethodsThis clinical efficacy research was conducted by collecting 50 patients who underwent hysteroscopy from the Women and Children' s Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2018 to December 2018 and whose pathological diagnosis was endometrial polyps and met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups of Chinese medicine group and control group.The Chinese medicine group began to take Guizhi Fuling bolus for 3 months from the 7th day after surgery.The control group began taking dydrogesterone tablets for 3 months from the 14th day after surgery.The hemoglobin values were measured before and after the third menstrual cleansing before surgery,the VaginaB-ultrasonography was performed before and after the third menstrual cleansing,the endometrial thickness,echo,polyps and size,the sanitary napkin count and score,menstruation score,TCM syndrome score were measured and recorded.The above data were entered for statistical analysis,to observe the recurrence of hysteroscopic surgery in patients with endometrial polyps,objective evaluation of Guizhi fuling bolus the clinical efficacy of Endometrial polyps with blood stasis after hysteroscopic operation.Resluts(1)In the counting and scoring of sanitary napkins,the scores of the two groups were lower than that before the treatment,the score of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.The mean difference of scores before and after treatment in the Chinese medicine group was greater than the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant.(2)In the menstrual score,the scores of the two groups were lower than the previous ones before the treatment,the score of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant.The mean difference of the scores before and after treatment in the Chinese medicine group and the effective rate of treatment in the Chinese medicine group were greater than that of the control group.The difference between the groups was statistically significant.(3)In the TCM syndrome score,the scores of the two groups were lower than before the treatment,the score of the Chinese medicine group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,there was statistical difference between the two groups.The effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant.(4)In the menstrual period,the menstrual period of both groups was shorter than before,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(5)In the hemoglobin value,the hemoglobin values of the control group were higher than before,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(6)In the endometrial thickness,the endometrial thickness of both groups decreased compared with the previous one,there was no significant difference between the two groups.(7)In the endometrial echo is uniform,there was no abnormality in endometrial echo in the two groups,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups.(8)In the number of endometrial polyps,the Chinese medicine group recurrence rate was lower than the control group,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.ConclusionThe Chinese medicine group was better than the control group for the improvement of menstrual volume,menstrual cramps(stomach pain,backache,headache,etc.)and TCM syndromes.Both groups of treatments can shorten the menstrual period and improve anemia and uterus,endometrial thickness and echo,and prevent endometrial polyps relapse.In patients with endometrial polyps after surgery by oral administration of Guizhi Filling bolus to achieve consolidation treatment,reducing recurrence is effective,it is worthy of clinical application.
